AEW Full Gear is the promotion's next big pay-per-view that is surely bound to make waves in the wrestling world. This year alone, the company has put on some great shows and has had several moments that have left fans in shock.

With the match card for the event mostly in place now, the show will feature bitter rivalries, interesting title matches, and first-time bouts. Even Mariah May and Mina Shirakawa will have their championship celebration at the pay-per-view, and who knows what twists could take place then.

Seeing the amount of things that could go down during the pay-per-view, could fans witness some shocking moments among these? Here are a few of the possible betrayals that could take place at AEW Full Gear.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

#1. The Acclaimed finally implodes

The Acclaimed has built itself up as one of the top tag teams in the company. But after losing their trios titles to the Bang Bang Gang at AEW Dynasty in April, they have seemingly gone in a downward direction.

At Full Gear, they will be part of the four-way tag team match for the world tag team titles. Recently, Max Caster has been hinting at seemingly having plans of his own, and should they lose this match, he could finally pull the trigger. Caster may end up turning on Bowens due to his frustrations with them not winning as of late.

There have been hints at him also joining The Hurt Syndicate after the group has been constantly trying to bring him in. He has also kept MVP's business card this whole time.

#2. Kamille grows tired of staying as a henchwoman

Kamille made her debut in AEW as Mercedes Moné's henchwoman and has been doing her bidding without question. The CEO's feud with Kris Statlander has been the first time that The Brickhouse has not been a major factor. Stat was able to defeat her, and this seemingly shook up Moné's trust in her.

During the pay-per-view, she may still come to her aid, but should things go too far, and should Mercedes continue to mistreat her, she could simply turn her back on the TBS Champion and leave her to fend off Kris Statlander all by herself. This would also be a good way to begin Kamille's solo run in AEW.

#3. Mark Davis finally chooses a side

One of the big feuds heading into AEW Full Gear is the one between Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher. Mark Davis recently made his return to the company and has tried to play peacemaker between the two. He refused to attack Fletcher as he still believed they could re-form the Aussie Open but The Protostar's relationship with Ospreay was beyond saving.

Davis claimed that despite this, he still had The Aerial Assassin's back, no matter what. But seeing as he and Fletcher have more history together, he could choose to stand by him and join the Don Callis Family. He would end up being another former member of the United Empire to turn on Will Ospreay.

#4. Adam Cole takes things into his own hands

Despite their bitter rivalry, it won't be Adam Cole who faces MJF at Full Gear. Friedman provided an ultimatum and challenged both Cole and Roderick Strong to a race to three wins for the chance to face him.

The former NXT Champion ended up falling short after MJF's ploy to make him lose to Konosuke Takeshita worked perfectly. It was Roderick Strong who was the first to score three wins, and he'll be the one appearing at AEW Full Gear.

Due to his hatred of the former AEW World Champion, Adam Cole could take matters into his own hands, ignore Roddy, and take out MJF on his own accord. This would cost Strong the match. He could explain it, saying how it should have been him, and his hatred would cost him one of his closest friends. In his frustration, he could also physically take this out on Roderick Strong.

#5. Prince Nana runs out of options

One of the biggest storylines surrounding Prince Nana was whether Swerve Strickland would choose The Hurt Syndicate over him. Swerve has made it clear he has no plans on abandoning Nana, and that he considers him family.

A few weeks ago, The Hurt Syndicate confronted Nana at a convention and seemingly intimidated him in person. This constant intimidation could force Prince Nana to make a business decision and preserve himself. The constant threats to his well-being or anything of the sort could force him to do their bidding.

He could cost Swerve his match at the pay-per-view out of pure fear, as he may realize that it wasn't worth it to put everything on the line just to stay by his side.

#6. Wheeler Yuta becomes no one's pawn in AEW

In the last few weeks, Jon Moxley has been trying to prove that he has Wheeler Yuta in his clutches and that he won't ever go into his own business or turn on him. He tried testing this by getting Yuta to attack his former mentor Orange Cassidy, but he has shown some hesitation.

Last week, OC claimed that Wheeler was a pawn of Moxley and the Death Riders and it was clear that the former ROH Pure Champion did not agree with this. Orange getting into Yuta's mind may force him to choose to have respect for himself and ultimately turn on the Death Riders. This would ultimately settle any confusion he has regarding his allegiances.

There are a lot of things that await the fans at AEW Full Gear. Seeing as how the promotion's recent pay-per-views have been going, there will surely be many surprises in store for the fans, so they should just stay tuned this Saturday to see what goes down.
