One of AEW's most dominant factions The Hurt Syndicate currently has three members, MVP, Bobby Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin. However, the stable could gain another member on Dynamite this week. The star in question is Max Caster.

Tony Khan took to X (fka Twitter) recently and announced that The Almighty and The Gold Standard from The Hurt Syndicate would square off against The Acclaimed's Max Caster and Anthony Bowens in a tag team match on Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen episode this coming Wednesday.

Anthony Bowens could cost The Acclaimed their match on the company's Flagship show. This could lead to Max Caster turning on him. MVP could then recruit Caster after their split. A few weeks ago, The Franchise Playa reached out with his business cards to The Acclaimed members. While Bowens refused the offer, Caster seemed to like the idea of joining The Hurt Syndicate.

Bowens and Caster have been tag team partners since October 2020. They debuted against Best Friends. They are former AEW World Tag Team Champions and former AEW Worlds Trios Champions with Billy Gunn. But lately, they have been struggling to connect and communicate. Plus, their dynamics as tag team partners have also seemed off in recent weeks.

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

Max Caster accidentally costs Anthony Bowens during a major title match on AEW Rampage

Anthony Bowens took on Chris Jericho for the ROH World Championship on last week's Rampage: New Year's Smash at Hammerstein Ballroom in NewYork City.

The ending segment of the match saw Max Caster and Bryan Keith rush out to the ring to help their respective teammates.

Bryan Keith tried to hit Anthony Bowens with the ROH World Championship belt but Caster stopped him. As the latter snatched the title from the former's hands, he accidentally hit Bowens in the face with it. This led to The Demo God picking up the win and retaining his gold.
