Shiffrin has won two gold medals and a silver medal at the Winter Olympics across the years. She has also won seven gold medals, four silver medals, and three bronze medals at the World Championships.

Notably, Mikaela created history by becoming the first skier to win gold medals at five World Championships in a row, as she won the combined gold medal at the 2021 FIS Alpine Ski World Championships in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy.
