Will Priscilla Presley be buried in Graceland? Actress requests to be buried next to late ex-husband Elvis Presley

Priscilla Presley has expressed her desire to be buried next to her ex-husband, Elvis Presley. However, that won't happen since her request has been rejected in the settlement between her and granddaughter Riley Keough in the battle over Lisa Marie's trust on Tuesday.

Following the settlement, Priscilla shared a statement with People, saying that her family has sorted out all the problems because it is linked to their plea to the court and request for document interpretation following her daughter Lisa Marie Presley's death. She clarified the misconception that the plea was a lawsuit and added that she never sued Riley Keough. Priscilla also mentioned:

"As a family, we are pleased that we resolved this together. My family and I hope that everyone will grant us the privacy we have needed to properly grieve Lisa Marie and spend personal time together. We love and appreciate all of you and the Presley family is stronger than ever."

Priscilla's attorney, Ronson Shamoun, said that both sides are satisfied, and Keough's legal team would apply a settlement request under seal for the Promenade Trust and an insurance trust.

Priscilla Presley did not fight back against the decision that came out of the settlement

Due to a disagreement over Lisa Marie Presley's estate, Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough did not get along for a very long time. Sources close to the matter said that Priscilla wanted a burial spot near her ex-husband, Elvis Presley.

Even though Elvis is buried in Graceland, his parents' graves are already near him. Someone had to move in case Priscilla wanted to be buried next to Elvis. Priscilla addressed the same and stated:

"Although I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon, it is my family's and my wish for me to be laid to rest with my daughter and the love of my life when that time comes. We appreciate the love from all of the fans."

Priscilla's request has been denied, but she did not fight back against the decision. She was still satisfied with the settlement worth millions for dropping claims over who would have control over Lisa Marie's trust, including Graceland and a stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Riley Keough has also decided to move on from the family drama, and according to a source, Riley is satisfied with the settlement of the dispute regarding her mother's estate. The source added:

"Riley is still grieving her mom. It's been very tough for her. She wants to focus on making memories with her own daughter now. This is her priority."

Priscilla Presley and Elvis Presley tied the knot in 1967 but separated in 1972. The duo were the parents of one daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, who passed away on January 12, 2023. Priscilla was a singer and songwriter, and she released three albums alongside nine singles.
