Seth Rollins to turn heel; start the new Shield with 2 stars for a big WrestleMania match? Potential scenario explored

Seth Rollins is a conflicted soul right now. He is currently a babyface but has a lot of anger built up inside of him because of CM Punk. If he loses to The Second City Saint on RAW's premiere on Netflix, The Visionary could devolve into madness.

While Punk could move on to bigger things, Rollins can turn his attention to his other eternal enemy in WWE: Roman Reigns. This wouldn't just be because of his hatred for The OTC, but due to the devil on his shoulder. Drew McIntyre has been telling Seth Rollins to join forces with him to take down the OG Bloodline.

And while he has already rejected the offer, losing to CM Punk could tip The Visionary over the edge. The two could team up against Sami Zayn and The Usos, with a third man joining them as WrestleMania 41 approaches. Someone who hates The Bloodline even more than them.

Kevin Owens would be the perfect ally for Rollins and McIntyre in this storyline. Once his feud with Cody Rhodes is over, he could turn his attention to Zayn. That is the perfect motivation for KO to fight the OG Bloodline while saving his eventual singles feud against The Honorary Uce for later.

They could form a modern version of The Shield, with the three claiming to fight for justice against the corrupt tyrant and his "minions." This can culminate in a blockbuster six-man tag team match at 'Mania, with the heels winning. Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, and Kevin Owens have some serious potential as the new "Hounds of Justice."

Why Seth Rollins' new Shield must defeat the OG Bloodline

While both sides are incredibly strong, the new 'Shield' would need the win more in this potential WrestleMania match. As a brand new alliance, it would only further their bond and validate their decision to trust each other against the biggest force in all of WWE.

Considering their respective characters' egos, one defeat might be enough for the trio of Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, and Kevin Owens to implode. That's why they would have to defeat Sami Zayn and The Usos at The Show of Shows.

WWE can take this storyline in many interesting directions going forward, with Roman Reigns even being added to the mix. Seth Rollins would love to get his hands on his former Shield brother as soon as possible.
