While strength and speed are crucial to a punch, shonen anime fans often end up discussing the strongest punchers in anime, with little to no love shown for anime characters with the fastest punches.

As one must have seen in anime, the strength of a punch hasn't always been the key factor behind a character's win, but their speed. This factor suggests speed might be a factor as important as strength when it comes to a fight.

Keeping this in mind, here we shall be ranking the fastest punchers in Shonen anime.

Mash Burnedead, as a Lackmagic, has no choice but to rely on his muscles when it comes to taking down his foes. Thus, when Mash's opponent would attack him with magic, he would rely on his body's physical capabilities to counter them.

One such incident saw Mash Burnedead surpass his speed limit against Carpaccio Luo-Yang. It was revealed that Carpaccio never felt pain; hence, trying to hurt him was useless. However, Mash's punch speed managed to surpass the damage limits of Carpaccio's Healing Cane.

While Monkey D. Luffy isn't known as the fastest character in the anime series, he is certainly the fastest when it comes to punches. Evidently, the strongest characters in One Piece are Kizaru and Sanji, but both characters rely on their kicks and punches, making Luffy the fastest puncher in the series.
