The upcoming anime adaptation of Tamiki Wakaki's 365 Days to the Wedding manga focuses on the daily lives of Takuya Ohara and Rika Honjoji, who are coworkers in the planning department of the Kinshicho branch of a travel agency named JTC in Tokyo.

Both Takuya and Rika are single and not good at socializing. Although neither stands out in the company, they lead fulfilling lives at home. However, when a branch of their company opens in Siberia, non-married employees from the Tokyo branch are the first to be considered for a transfer to the Siberian branch.

As expected, Takuya and Rika are two of the first employees considered for the transfer, which puts them both in a difficult situation. In a desperate attempt to protect her current lifestyle, Rika approached Takuya and surprisingly asked for his hand in marriage.

Apparently, Rika was planning to pretend to be married to Takuya so that she wouldn't get transferred to Siberia. Fortunately for her, Takuya agreed to this arrangement so that they could both stay in Tokyo.

That said, there is only one problem in this seemingly perfect plan - they barely know each other. Although their plan started smoothly, it unexpectedly involved other people around them, leading to some hilarious mishaps between them.

The show's premise basically comes down to this question - If these introverted coworkers fake a "marriage," will it eventually turn into something real? To find out the answer, viewers can tune in to watch the anime's first episode, which airs on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
