Although the majority of the Solo Leveling characters other than Sung Jin-Woo rarely get an opportunity to shine, there is no denying that they are among some of the most powerful characters to have graced the manhwa industry.
As Solo Leveling fans await the release of the second season of the anime, some of them have started pitting some of the series' strongest characters in hypothetical matchups against other animanga characters, to determine the true extent of their strength.
One particular matchup that anime fans on social media have often expressed an interest in, is Jujutsu Kaisen's protagonist, Yuji Itadori, going up against Solo Leveling's Sung Jin-woo. That said, ardent anime fans should be aware of the fact that Yuji, even at his strongest, wouldn't hold a candle to some of the strongest Solo Leveling characters, let alone Jin-woo. With that said, these 8 Solo Leveling characters can obliterate Yuji Itadori in a straight-up fight.

Sung Suho and 7 Solo Leveling characters who can effortlessly destroy Jujutsu Kaisen's Yuji Itadori
1) Sung Jin-woo
It goes without saying, that Yuji Itadori would get absolutely destroyed in a head-on fight against Solo Leveling's Sung Jin-woo. Although Yuji may have stood a decent amount of chance had it been Jin-Woo from the anime instead of his manhwa counterpart, the battle still may not have ended well for the Jujutsu Kaisen MC.
After Jin-Woo became the Shadow Monarch and fully unlocked the true power of Ashborn, he ascended to a completely different level as compared to the rest of the characters.
In fact, after his second battle against Antares inside the Dimension Rift following the creation of a new timeline, Jin-woo essentially became the strongest character in the entire series, even surpassing the power of the Absolute Being. As such, an actual one-on-one fight between Jin-woo and Yuji shouldn't even be a discussion among fans.
2) Sung Suho
Even though Jujutsu Kaisen's Yuji Itadori and Sung Suho from the Solo Leveling side stories may roughly be around the same age, the difference in power between them is too huge. As the son of the Shadow Monarch, Suho is one of the most powerful humans in the world.
In the Solo Leveling side stories, fans got a glimpse at the potential of Sung Jin-woo's son, who proved to be a worthy successor to the title of Shadow Monarch. By the time he was in high school, Suho had already surpassed the power of an average S-Rank Hunter and in a short amount of time, grew powerful enough to annihilate his father's entire shadow army by himself.
At one point, Suho became so powerful, that the only person who could stop him was Jin-woo himself. Therefore, it's clear that out of Yuji Itadori and Sung Suho, the latter has greater potential and a better chance of surpassing the strongest character of his series.
3) Igris
Igris is one of Sung Jin-woo's first and most loyal companions. In the current timeline of the story, Igris is a Marshal Grade ranked shadow, meaning that he is one of the strongest shadow soldiers of Jin-Woo's immense army.
In a straight-up hypothetical one-on-one fight, Yuji would have no way of killing Igris, given that the latter is a shadow soldier and not an actual individual. What's more, Igris outclasses Yuji in almost every aspect. Therefore, there is no possible scenario where Yuji emerges victorious against Igris, despite his vast arsenal of powers.
4) Bellion
A one-on-one fight between Bellion and Yuji would likely end in a worse way for the latter than a fight with Igris, especially since the former is canonically the strongest shadow soldier under Sung Jin-woo's command.
Bellion used to be a Grand Marshal of the original Shadow Monarch, Ashborn's army. Shortly after his first appearance, he proved his strength by taking on one of Jin-woo's strongest soldiers and defeating them effortlessly in a sparring match.
Apart from the fact that Bellion outclasses Yuji in every category as well, it's important to remember that there is no actual way to put the former down for good since he is essentially a shadow reliant on Jin-woo's mana level, which makes the outcome of a hypothetical fight between them clear as day.
5) Beru
Beru is also one of the strongest soldiers of Sung Jin-Woo's shadow army, and is only rivalled by Igris and surpassed by Bellion. He was originally the Ant King of Jeju Island, who got turned into a shadow soldier after being defeated by Jin-woo.
Beru is fiercely loyal to Jin-Woo, to such an extent that it has an unusual comedic effect on some occasions. However, if given the green light by his master, Beru succumbs to his natural bloodlust for battle, which makes him a force to be reckoned with. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Jujutsu Kaisen MC doesn't stand much of a chance of winning a fight against the shadow of the Ant King.
6) Antares
Also known as the Dragon King and the Monarch of Destruction, Antares serves as the final antagonist of Solo Leveling. He was by far the strongest opponent Jin-woo had ever faced in battle and was even significantly stronger than the latter for some time.
As one of the strongest beings in existence, Antares' power level is on a whole different level as compared to Yuji Itadori. Apart from his extraordinary strength, speed, durability, and fire magic, Antares can transform into an enormous red dragon. Therefore, if a fight between Yuji and Antares were to somehow take place, there would be little to no chance of the Jujutsu Kaisen MC surviving the encounter for more than a few minutes.
7) Sung Il-Hwan
Sung Jin-woo's father, Sung Il-Hwan was one of South Korea's first S-Rank Hunters. However, after being stuck inside a Dungeon for over a decade and becoming the vessel of a Ruler, he became one of the strongest Hunters in the world, quite possibly the strongest Hunter after his son.
However, Il-Hwan met his end in the original timeline after overexerting himself in a battle against two Monarchs, which was mainly due to his body not completely adapting to the powers bestowed upon him by the Rulers.
That said, in a hypothetical matchup, there wouldn't be a need for Sung Il-Hwan to push himself to his limit to take down Yuji, seeing as to how the former is far stronger than the latter despite having limited appearances in the original timeline of the series.
8) Ashborn
Ashborn, the original Shadow Monarch, was by far one of the most powerful beings in Solo Leveling, who was only ever surpassed by Antares and Sung Jin-woo. Before becoming a Monarch, Ashborn used to be the strongest Ruler and was known as the Greatest Fragment of Brilliant Light.
As the Shadow Monarch, Ashborn possessed immeasurable strength along with a wide range of abilities, including Ruler's Authority, Monarch's Domain, his control over all shadows, and immortality. Therefore, as one can see, Jujutsu Kaisen's Yuji Itadori might not be the best possible candidate to fight a being as powerful as the original Shadow Monarch.
