After-School Hanako-kun Part 2 episode 3 begins with Tsuchigomori using one of the school's abandoned rooms as a lounge, where he stumbles across a bizarre television reality show centered around the Mokke.

Although the show’s odd nature initially puts Tsuchigomori off, the bizarre premise and narrative compel him to keep watching. Soon, Hanako barges into the room and becomes entranced by the strange late-night Mokke television show, which starts marketing various Mokke-related products at exorbitant prices.

Hanako eventually becomes fixated on an unnecessarily expensive Mokke-themed hat but is convinced by Tsuchigomori not to buy it, who educates him on how one should not be easily swayed by television advertisements. The next morning, Nene shows up and reveals her new Mokke hat to Hanako, despite having no recollection of buying it.

Episode 4 will follow the same format and adapt a random chapter from the spin-off manga focusing on Nene and her escapades.

The adaptation is handled by Studio Lerche, who previously worked on the original Toilet-bound Hanako-kun anime as well as Classroom of the Elite.
