With the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga having released 11 chapters up till now, the series has nearly completed a year since it began serialization last year in August. Even so, canonically, it hasn't even been a day in the manga since the protagonist returned to the Hidden Leaf Village after the timeskip.
To make things more surprising, in the 11 chapters that have been released, the Otsutsuki has fought five enemies alongside several Claw Grimes. While it showcases how capable the protagonist has become during the three-year timeskip, not all opponents were as easy as others. Thus, here we shall rank the protagonist's five opponents based on the length of the fight.

Hidari to Mitsuki: Boruto's 5 opponents that he faced after timeskip, ranked based on fight length
5) Hidari
Boruto confronted Sasuke God Tree clone Hidari for the first time at Code's hideout. Upon seeing him, the protagonist instantly realized that there was something familiar with him and started fighting.
Unfortunately, the God Tree was highly powerful, and on top of that, he was not alone. The Otsutsuki fled back to his hideout due to the fear of being devoured by one of the God Trees. The manga has now set up a rematch between them, as the protagonist is soon set to fight Hidari again.
4) God Tree based on Bug
The God Tree based on Bug, was the first God Tree the protagonist had confronted. By initiating a fight between them, the manga showcased how strong being cloned as a God Tree made someone.
Bug was never a strong character. However, his God Tree clone was far superior to him and was able to fight the Otsutsuki on equal terms. This fight could have lasted longer, however, the introduction of the other God Trees interrupted it.
3) Kawaki
Kawaki has wanted to kill his adoptive brother, Boruto, since the end of the previous manga series. Hence, upon learning that he had returned to the village, Kawaki attacked him, hoping to fight him. However, his adoptive brother ignored him and went after Code.
It was only later, when the protagonist returned to the village to fight Jura and Hidari, that he fought Kawaki. Surprisingly, the protagonist was far superior to Kawaki and defeated him instantly. However, the protagonist had yet to learn how to control his karma and was forced to flee when his karma resonated with Kawaki's karma activation.
2) Code
Boruto fought Code when he first returned to the Hidden Leaf Village to protect it against the White Karma user and his Claw Grimes. The protagonist threatened Code to let go of his plans, as they were bound to doom the planet.
However, Code had no intention of adhering to the protagonist's request. Hence, the two karma users faced off against each other. This fight saw Boruto using his new jutsu, Rasengan: Uzuhiko, on Code. This move forced Code to experience the Earth's rotation and orbit, making him unstable and give up on fighting his opponent.
1) Mitsuki
While Boruto was far stronger than Mitsuki, his fight with him lasted the longest. This might be because, unlike Mitsuki, who wished to kill the protagonist, the Otsutsuki had no intention to hurt his friend.
Due to Eida's Omnipotence, Mitsuki believed that Kawaki was his "sun." Additionally, he believed that Boruto killed the Seventh Hokage and his wife, and also tried killing Kawaki. However, as fans would know, the truth was completely different. Fortunately, by the end of the fight, Boruto conveyed to Mitsuki that Kawaki was never his "sun."
