The Boruto manga has unveiled several new revelations with the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga. However, there is one mystery the manga has yet to explain, and that is Amado Sanzu's secret motive. While he has defected to the Hidden Leaf Village and helped them take down Isshiki Otsutsuki, he may have an ulterior motive.

This has also been suggested by the latest developments in the manga as Amado has tinkered with Kawaki's abilities. If Amado was truly trying to help Konoha, he would not have hidden this fact from Kawaki. Unfortunately, this is not the only thing Amado has hidden as he has several mysteries surrounding him.

Disclaimer: This article contains spoilers from the Boruto manga.

Amado's true goal could become the biggest reveal in Boruto

According to what Amado Sanzu revealed to the Hidden Leaf Village, his goal from the start has been to resurrect his deceased daughter Akebi Sanzu. This goal saw him working with Jigen and helping Kara create the perfect vessel for Isshiki Otsutsuki's resurrection.

However, no matter what Amado's true goal was, he could not allow Isshiki to get resurrected as his return would have been a huge threat to the planet. With that, Amado planned to take down Jigen with Kashin Koji. During this, he defected to the Hidden Leaf Village, hoping to find a safe abode.

As for his goal of resurrecting his daughter, Amado implanted Kawaki with a Karma that had Akebi's data in it. He hoped to have Kawaki implant this karma on another Delta clone shortly. Such developments suggest that Amado was a good person, who was willing to use twisted methods to resurrect his daughter. However, there are some questions surrounding Amado that are yet to be answered.

As confirmed by Eida, Akebi Sanzu was Amado's daughter who passed away some time ago. However, there was something Eida found odd about the past she looked into. While the manga has yet to reveal it, that piece of information might be the key to Amado's biggest reveal.

As fans would know by now, Amado had access to Shibai Otsutsuki's cells and implanted them in his cyborgs to give them Shinjutsu. While it is true that not all of his cyborgs manifested the Shinjutsu, one must ask how Amado obtained them in the first place. If not the Shibai cells, another question that lingers in fans' minds is how Amado found Jiraiya's cells to create the clone Kashin Koji.

The sheer knowledge or capability to obtain Shibai Otsutsuki and Jiraiya's cells makes Amado a dangerous character. Such a development also suggests that the scientist could realistically create a clone of any Shinobi from the past and grant them a Shinjutsu. This possibility makes Amado very dangerous.

So, unless Amado's intentions are as true as what he has revealed, there is a good chance that he could bring about the most dangerous threat in the manga. Worst-case scenario, Amado may have never implanted Kawaki with Karma that had Akebi's data but may have implanted him with another Isshiki Karma. However, the chances of this happening are very low. Hopefully, the manga will soon reveal some new information surrounding the scientist.
