Tower of God season 2 is currently airing with each episode exceeding the fans' expectations due to consistent performance from the Answer Studio, the new studio that took over the series. This personality of his has the fandom looking for equally manipulative characters with a style just like Khun's.

So, for such fans, this article will compile 10 anime characters like Khun Aguero Agnes from Tower of God who are known for their talent for scheming without letting anyone know of their aims and ambitions.

One of the main antagonists of Bleach who made a return in the Thousand Year Blood War. What makes Aizen similar to the Tower of God character is him being a mastermind of deception.

Aizen was responsible for turning the entire Soul Society upside down with his betrayal and was so close to achieving his ambitions that he was interrupted by the protagonist. Although he might not be the reflection of Khun, he still shares some key elements with the character.

2) Johan Liebert (Monster)

The central antagonist of Monster and, arguably, the best-written anime antagonist, Johan Liebert is considered the master of scheming and someone who couldn't be caught until the final chapter despite him being always near the protagonist.

This stems back to his relationship with the protagonist who saved him from a terminal illness. His ability to manipulate others without them getting suspicious of him makes him similar to Khun from Tower of God.

3) Makima (Chainsaw Man)

The hidden final antagonist of Chainsaw Man who only wanted Denji because of the chainsaw devil, Makima was a clever plotter from the start as she used immoral ways to trap the protagonist.

Moreover, while she did this, she killed every strong devil and made them join her army for a final battle against the Gun devil, the apparent final antagonist, and the battle to seize Denji's chainsaw devil. Being a cunning strategist, she could be considered a character like Khun from Tower of God.

4) Shuu Tsukiyama (Tokyo Ghoul)

One of the starting antagonists from Tokyo Ghoul who schemed Kaneki, the main protagonist, into believing him, Shuu Tsukiyama is one of the few anime characters who could be considered similar to Khun from Tower of God.

During a chance encounter, Shuu smelled Kaneki's blood and developed an obsession with devouring him. To achieve this plan, he kept him as an ally. However, his feelings of devouring were soon converted into care as he tried his best to keep Kaneki near him.

5) Kirishima Miyama (Yakuza Fiancé)

Kirishima is the male protagonist of Yakuza Faincé. While on the outside wants to develop a relationship with the female protagonist, Yoshino, he has relationships with some other girls and is scheming them for personal gains.

These personal gains extend from extracting information to cornering some enemies. His silver-tongued scheming and manipulative nature make him one of the closest parallels to the Tower of God character.

6) Hitogami (Mushoku Tensei)

The self-proclaimed human god who is fond of tricking others into devastation, Hitogami is one of the supporting characters from Mushoku Tensei whose current agenda in the anime is unknown.

In season 2, he was adamant about convincing the protagonist to avoid going to save Paul, Rudy's father. Even though he knew that Rudeus wouldn't be able to save his father, he just wanted to avoid the rescue of Zenith, Rudy's mother, who was saved. Although Khun from Tower of God doesn't enjoy other's suffering, his manipulative nature matches that of Hitogami's.

7) Kisaki Tetta (Tokyo Revengers)

The central antagonist of Tokyo Revengers, Kisaki Tetta is the man who manipulated every event in the series despite not having the ability to timeleap, just like the protagonist.

Every time Takemitchy sacrificed his life to change the timeline, Kisaki Tetta schemed and led every situation to doom. His ability as a flawless schemer makes him similar to the Tower of God character.

8) Kenjaku (Jujutsu Kaisen)

Kenjaku was an ancient cursed spirit who continued living to the current era with the help of his cursed technique. In the series, he inhabited the body of Geto Suguru and continued forging his plan which he had been working on for thousands of years.

He contracted ancient sorcerers during their time and launched a game plan to accumulate enough cursed energy to activate the great merger. While Khun from Tower of God is nowhere near the level of Kenjaku, these two qualify as silver-tongued schemers.

9) Loid Forger (Spy x Family)

Loid Forger (Codename: Twilight) is a professional spy acting as an active part of Operation Strix where the goal is to capture Donovan Desmond, the main antagonist of Spy x Family.

The key requirement of this operation for Twilight was to create a fake family and he did it by scheming Yor, the female protagonist, to act as his wife and Anya to act as his child. Despite this, Loid's acts as a spy also depended on his abilities as a deceptive mastermind, making him an anime character like Khun from Tower of God.

The gaming mastermind who is also a scheming tactician, Sora is one of the main protagonists of No Game No Life. After getting transported to a world where everything is decided through games, Sora immediately adapted to his surroundings and challenged the entire world.

Be it using some cheating tactics without making the other one realize or using some forbidden rules to become the winner, there was no game where Sora even thought of losing. This quality of his makes Sora one of the few anime characters who match Khun from Tower of God in being a clever plotter.

Final thoughts

While some of these characters might not be parallels to Khun from Tower of God, they do share the same personality trait of manipulating others for personal gains. Khun is currently fighting the Workshop Battle with his team and it seems like he might take his team to a solid win and the majority credit for this win, if it ever happens, would go to the series' protagonist.
