Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 263 is set to be released on July 8, 2024, but the spoilers for the chapter have already been unveiled. The spoilers showcased the return of a Jujutsu Kaisen character who could be crucial for the win against the ultimate antagonist of the series.

The chapter also continued the fight between Yuta and Sukuna as the former was finding it difficult to control Gojo Satoru's body. The King of Curses used this as an opportunity, attacked the sorcerer, and didn't let him advance in any way.

But a Jujutsu Kaisen character appeared out of nowhere and stopped Sukuna which gave Yuta a chance to power up Gojo's cursed technique. This Jujutsu Kaisen character was Inumaki who was the least expected person to arrive, as the fandom was expecting Hakari to enter the battlefield after defeating Uraume.

According to the spoilers of Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 263, the chapter commenced with the continuation of the battle between Sukuna and Yuta. Yuta started to feel pressure from Gojo Satoru's body which was well adapted to Limitless, so the sorcerer was facing a hard time against Ryomen Sukuna.

Yuta also presumed that since Sukuna had one less arm, he could only counter Gojo's cursed technique with Domain Amplification, just like how Jogo and Hanami did during the Shibuya Arc. Unfortunately, the King of Curses witnessed Yuta struggling to use Gojo's body properly and took this chance to punch him away.

The King of Curses then goes into thinking about what Yuta was struggling against and immediately remembers the first move Gojo Satoru used in the first round of the battle of the strongest, Hollow Purple. Yuta had already started chanting for Hollow Purple but the King of Curses immediately jumped towards him and restrained him from making any hand signs.

This was when things changed as Yuta instead hit Sukuna with cursed technique lapse (blue) and threw a recorder alongside it, which uttered the words 'don't move.' The voice belonged to Inumaki Toge and it wasn't revealed whether he was actively involved in the fight or not, but he was showcased coughing blood. This gave Yuta a chance to complete the chant for Hollow Purple.

The last appearance of the Jujutsu Kaisen character was during the Shibuya arc when Inumaki became a part of the collateral damage to the battle between Sukuna and Mahoraga.

After this, the Jujutsu Kaisen character lost both of his hands. His return is reassuring because Yuta cannot use any cursed technique other than Limitless, but on the other hand, it is confusing too.

It is confusing because fans were expecting Hakari Kinji to enter the main battle as he has been engaged in a battle against Uraume, Sukuna's subordinate, for quite a while. So, the fandom was expecting him to wrap up his battle and join Yuta when he was facing difficulty against the King of Curses.

The Jujutsu Kaisen character's help through a recorder added to the confusion as there could be a chance that he is not even on the battlefield and this makes his cursed technique even more complicated than before. Many fans took to social media to share their opinion on the same:

"Ain’t no way Salmon boy pulled up to the Sukuna fight before Hakari" a fan said
"Dude is at home talking into a phone" another fan showed his amazement
"Hakari still yet to damage uruame in 7 months loool" another fan awaited the arrvial of Hakari

Final thoughts

The Jujutsu Kaisen character's help in the latest chapter was indeed out of nowhere which is an ongoing trend from the last couple of chapters as no one actually expected the re-appearance of Gojo Satoru.

Although there is no telling what the author could be planning with such vague help from Inumaki through a recorder, it would be best if the Jujutsu Kaisen character is somewhere away from the battlefield. This could save him from becoming a part of the Sukuna cycle.
