My Hero Academia chapter 427 is set to be officially released on Monday, July 8, 2024. However, days before the manga's official release, the spoilers and raw scans for My Hero Academia chapter 427 were leaked online. With the latest spoilers, the manga saw another villain receive an epilogue before the series' end. Unfortunately, the villain wasn't Himiko Toga.
The previous manga chapter saw the Todoroki family having their long-awaited reunion. During this, Endeavor conveyed to Toya that he would spend the rest of his days speaking to him. Meanwhile, Natsuo announced that he was getting married and moving away from his father with no plans to return. In addition, the manga also revealed that Hawks had become the President of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
With the previous chapter focusing on Dabi, fans wished for the series to soon reveal Himiko Toga's status. Instead, the manga focused on Spinner in My Hero Academia chapter 427.

My Hero Academia chapter 427 leaves the manga with only three chapters to focus on Toga
The end of My Hero Academia chapter 426 saw Spinner in his hospital room as someone enters the same. This development hinted that the series' next chapter would focus on the heteromorph. As expected, My Hero Academia chapter 427 focused on Spinner as Izuku Midoriya shared the message with him that Shigaraki Tomura had passed onto him.
Shigaraki Tomura's message for Spinner:
"Even to the bitter end, Tomura Shigaraki kept fighting to destroy."
Following Spinner's epilogue, the manga series could have switched its focus to Himiko Toga, but instead, My Hero Academia chapter 427 shifted its focus to the former Yakuza leader of Shie Hassaikai, Kai Chisaki.
After the war, the villain got arrested again. This time, the organization's former Boss went to visit him. While the Boss looked out for Chisaki in the past, he was disappointed in him as the Yakuza leader was using his granddaughter Eri to create a Quirk-Destroying Drug. He instructed Kai Chisaki to apologize to Eri but never forget what he did to her.
While Eri wasn't present in the scene, the former boss confronting Chisaki was possibly relieving for the seven-year-old, given her dark past with him.
Such developments suggest that the series might want to focus on Himiko Toga with an individual chapter. However, given that the end of My Hero Academia chapter 427 saw Shoto Todoroki and Katsuki Bakugo being followed by a hoard of the new first-year girls, it seems like the upcoming chapter will be focusing on the new students.
Hence, with that, the chance of My Hero Academia chapter 428 focusing on Himiko Toga is really low, leaving fans with a cause of concern.
The reason fans should be concerned about Himiko Toga is that the series has yet to confirm whether she is alive after the war or not. If fans remember, the battle between Ochako Uraraka and Himiko Toga ended with Toga transfusing her blood into Ochako to help her survive her grave injury. This development suggested that Toga was on the brink of death.
Hence, if My Hero Academia manga were to give the character an epilogue chapter, fans could learn whether she survived or perished after rescuing Ochako.
