However, the Fall 2024 anime season will undoubtedly be the most stacked, with the return of many highly anticipated anime. 10) Ron Kamonohashi’s Forbidden Deductions Season 2
Ron Kamonohashi’s Forbidden Deductions season 2 will air on October 7, 2024, and will be available for streaming on Crunchyroll as part of their Fall 2024 anime lineup. Season 1 aired on October 23, 2023, and ended with the confirmation of season 2.
The story follows Ron Kamonohashi as he tries to solve a false murder he’s been accused of. The animation is being done by studio Diomedea who have previously worked on Aho Girl and Domestic Girlfriend. Season 1 had a total of 13 episodes, available with English subtitles only.
9) Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest Season 3
Arifureta has been a staple of the isekai genre ever since its debut in July 2019. The story follows Hajime Nagumo after he is reincarnated into a different world and is betrayed by one of his reincarnated friends in a dungeon. While the story is often viewed as a typical isekai power fantasy, it remains one of the most popular titles in the genre.
Season 1 was adapted by Studio Whitefox, while season 2 was adapted by Asread and Studio MOTHER. Studio Asread will continue the series and adapt season 3, which will be released on Crunchyroll as part of the Fall 2024 anime lineup. Its availability in different regions has not yet been confirmed.

Danmachi season 5 will be released on October 5, 2024, during the Fall 2024 anime season. Season 4 was released in January 2023 and ended on March 18, 2024. The anime series debuted in 2015 and is currently being adapted by Studio J.C. Staff, which worked on all its previous seasons and other anime such as Prison School and Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest.

7) Shangri-La Frontier Season 2
Shangri-La Frontier season 2 will be released on October 13, 2024, as part of Crunchyroll’s Fall 2024 anime lineup. Season 1, released in October 2023, consisted of 25 episodes and was adapted by Studio C2C who have previously worked on the Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy series.
The anime is a VRMMORPG-based action fantasy series. While season 1 didn’t break into mainstream popularity, its animation and fight scenes are praised for their production quality within the fandom.
6) Dandadan
The Dandadan manga has gained popularity steadily since its debut in 2021. Written and illustrated by Yukinobu Tatsu, it’s seen as one of the next big series, following in the footsteps of Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia. The anime will be animated by Science Saru, known for Devilman Crybaby, and will be released on October 4, 2024. It will be part of both Crunchyroll and Netflix’s Fall 2024 anime lineup.

Dragon Ball Daima has become a major topic in the Dragon Ball fandom, as it is the first Dragon Ball anime since the end of Dragon Ball Super’s Tournament of Power in early 2018. Animated by Toei Animation, Dragon Ball Daima will be released on October 11, 2024, as part of the Fall 2024 anime season. Information regarding its overseas streaming availability has not yet been fully revealed.
4) Uzumaki
Junji Ito’s Uzumaki is a classic horror series and is considered one of his greatest works. Uzumaki first started serialization in 1998 and has a total of 3 volumes. The anime, adapted by Studio Drive, known for Konosuba season 3, will have 4 episodes and will be released on September 29, 2024, as part of the Fall 2024 anime season on Adult Swim.
3) BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Conflict
Bleach TYBW part 3 is the much-anticipated continuation of the TYBW arc and will be released on October 25, 2024, as part of the Fall 2024 anime season. The anime will continue the Ichibe vs. Yhwach fight, which was the final highlight of part 2. Part 3 will also mark the return of Aizen. Re:ZERO season 3 will premiere on October 2, 2024, and will be adapted by Studio White Fox. It will cover arc 5, where Subaru confronts the Witch Cult in Watergate City.
