Arifureta season 3 episode 11: The Final Labyrinth places its first trial as everyone faces their inner thoughts
Arifureta season 3 episode 11, titled Charging Emotions, commenced where it left off as Hajime and company entered the mysterious gate of the Final Labyrinth. The gate led them to a pathway that was filled with mirrors. As everyone continued their journey inside, the Hero (Amanogawa) started hearing voices that the others couldn't hear.
As expected, everyone was worried about whether the Final Labyrinth had started its first trial. Although Amanogawa was worried about his condition, Hajime assured him that everyone believed in him and that a test might be waiting for them. As they continued their journey, Yaegashi also started hearing voices inside her mind, followed by everyone facing the same conditions.
Arifureta season 3 episode 11 then shifted to a flashback from the human world where Yaegashi and Shizuku were attending their class. After the teacher asked about the nominations for a play, Shizuku nominated Yaegashi to become the princess in the upcoming play. However, everyone else didn't like this decision and wanted Shizuku to be the princess.
Yaegashi, sacrificing her feelings, abandoned the role. Fast-forward to a few years later, Yaegashi continued abandoning her feelings as her inner voice mocked her for this cowardly behavior. Arifureta season 3 episode 11 then returned to the present as Yaegashi was dreaming about her past life.
Hajime, who was hearing his voice, stated that his inner self no longer considered himself worthy of returning to his life as a normal human. Eventually, everyone reached another gate, but before they could enter it, they were stormed by ice golems. After they started fighting, the golems deflected their attacks. These attacks landed on Hajime and the company, creating a misunderstanding.
However, Hajime kept his tact and wanted his allies to keep a clear stance against the enemy. Eventually, they successfully beat the golems through teamwork. Now, the coast was clear, and the protagonist's group could enter the mysterious gate that popped out. Before entering, Hajime asked everyone whether they wanted to rest. However, on a consensus, everyone wanted to move forward.
As soon as everyone entered the gate, they were separated. Hajime, specifically, was secluded. As time passed by, he started getting depressed, and this was when his inner thoughts appeared before him as a person. This hinted that the Final Labyrinth had placed his first trial before Hajime and his friends in Arifureta season 3 episode 11.
