It knocked Natsuki out, and when he regained his consciousness, he was already in Eden. Upon examining the place, he realized that it was a self-sustaining structure. Atri and Natsuki went deeper into the facility where they located another capsule.
The scientist’s final command to Atri was to step into the capsule. Eden’s system would take her in, and she would have to continue running the place.
