The Naruto series has given some of the most charismatic villains that fans have come to love. One such character is Madara Uchiha. While some dislike this character, others have expressed their love for him because of his perseverance and tenacity. He waited for decades to see his plan go through and nearly succeeded.
Madara Uchiha is also one of the most powerful characters in the original series, and it took the combined efforts of many shinobis to beat him in Shippuden. In a never-ending versus battle, fans have been comparing him to the protagonist in the original series.
Although Naruto achieved his strongest form, the Baryon Mode, in the Boruto series when Madara was long dead, fans have been curious about the outcome should these two fight now. The protagonist is incredibly powerful and will certainly emerge victorious in this hypothetical fight.
Understanding why Baryon Mode Naruto would be able to defeat Madara in this fight
Madara Uchiha achieved his strongest form as the Ten-Tailed Beast Jinchuriki. He was practically indestructible in this form, and he regenerated easily. With the Ten-Tailed Beast on his side, very few could rival his strength.
However, Might Guy, after opening his Eighth Gate, damaged Madara considerably. Guy could have ended him if he could sustain that transformation for longer. Madara also admitted that Guy, at that point in time, was the strongest fighter he had faced.
This showed us that Madara wasn’t indestructible and that enough firepower could defeat him. Baryon Mode is one of the most powerful transformations in the Boruto series, but the cost that comes with it is hefty. It lasts only a few minutes, and it puts the user at risk. In the Seventh Hokage’s case, Kurama sacrificed his life to ensure his Jinchuriki lived.
Naruto used the Baryon Mode in his fight against Isshiki Otsutsuki. The latter was incredibly powerful, and his endurance was far better than Madara’s. The special thing about this transformation is that it eats away the lifespan of all parties when in contact. Some might argue that Madara could survive hits in this transformation and regenerate with the help of the Hashirama cells.
It is important to note that the Seventh Hokage almost entirely used Taijutsu in this transformation when fighting Isshiki. It seemed like he wasn’t going all-out in this transformation.
While Madara might have extraordinary regenerative abilities, the Baryon Mode firepower is just far too overwhelming to handle. If the protagonist used powerful ninjutsu techniques in Baryon Mode, Madara Uchiha could be destroyed completely and removed from existence.
Techniques like Tailed Beast Bomb enhanced with Baryon Mode could completely wipe Madara from existence, leaving him nothing to regenerate from. The sheer firepower, paired with Naruto’s wide range of ninjutsu abilities, gives him the power to beat Madara with relative ease in this transformation.
