Black Clover is in its final arc and has a good chance of ending the manga on a high note, which is something that could allow Yuki Tabata's series to finally outshine the likes of Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia.
While these two series have had greater commercial and cultural success, there is no denying that the conclusion of both stories has been extremely divisive in recent weeks, which could be a great opportunity for Tabata and his manga to surpass.
It is also worth pointing out that Black Clover has oftentimes been criticized for following a classic battle shonen formula instead of focusing on its execution. In that regard, and when considering Tabata's current publishing schedule, there is a chance that this series might have a stronger conclusion, which is something that could make it have a more positive legacy than these two contemporaries.

Explaining why Black Clover could outshine My Hero Academia and Jujutsu Kaisen by having a good ending
My Hero Academia recently ended its ten-year run and Jujutsu Kaisen is two chapters away from concluding, but the conclusions to the respective series have been divisive.
For the first one, a lot of fans don't agree with the way author Kohei Horikoshi handled the eight-year time skip and how it hurts Deku's journey, while readers of the second feel that author Gege Akutami is rushing the plot and bringing back characters who were more useful if they had remained dead.
Within that context, author Yuki Tabata has a great opportunity to stand out from his competition and deliver a great ending for Black Clover. Asta and his friends are currently fighting Lucius Zogratis, with moments such as Noelle Silva fighting alongside her family or Mereoleona's last stand feeling like massive rewards for people who have been reading from the beginning.
The possibility of Asta achieving his dream of becoming the Wizard King and losses such as Jack could raise the final arc to a greater height. When considering that Tabata moved to a quarterly publication schedule with Jump Giga because of personal reasons, this means that he has the time and rest to deliver the ending he wants for his story.
The legacy of these series
Another factor that needs to be taken into account is that both My Hero Academia and Jujutsu Kaisen had some established elements in which the authors backtracked. Horikoshi wanted to explore darker plot points and even made some bold decisions such as killing Bakugo or removing Deku's arms, but quickly fixed those situations, while Akutami became known for killing characters in his own series, only for several of them to come back.
Tabata, on the other hand, has always maintained a classic battle shonen formula in Black Clover and makes his series feel a lot more consistent. That is something that could help in terms of having a great ending since it could help the reader feel satisfied with the story they have read, and also feel that is a logical conclusion to the kind of manga they were given.
Naturally, a great ending is always in the eye of the beholder. But there is no denying that Yuki Tabata has a great chance here to stand out from his competition.
