Bleach TYBW part 3 started airing on October 5, 2024, and revealed many things, including the Soul King's actual name and his relationship with Yhwach. It also marked the return of Aizen to the main story after being absent from the anime for over 12 years since 2012.
The most recent episode adapted Yhwach completely getting rid of the Soul King's desecrated body and absorbing his spiritual pressure into his own being. Although the consequence and gravity of this action were depicted with Yhwach being overwhelmed after the absorption, his new form, which was given just a single panel, managed to spawn a slew of fanart.
Given that Yhwach's final form is much different and more abstract compared to the other final forms seen in the series, its rather ominous and body horror elements have managed to become one of the most crucial points of discussion within the fandom.

Bleach TYBW: Yhwach's final form recieves fanart prior to its actual reveal
Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 3 aired on October 26, 2024, and finally marked the end of the Soul King after he was absorbed by Yhwach. Along with the Soul King's demise, the episode revealed Uryu Ishida's Vollständig.
However, Yhwach's final form, which includes a black aura and multiple eyes looking in all directions, managed to become the main topic of discussion from the episode. While the actual final form is yet to be completely revealed, fanart depicting it has become the fandom's focus.
Fan reactions to the fanart
Many fans took the opportunity to express how the fanart managed to capture Yhwach's rather authoritative demeanor. Few fans also expressed how the fanart could be mistaken as a illustration of a mental condition, encapsulating the disturbing and ominous nature of the new transformatoin.
Many other fans simply ephasized how Yhwach's horror was perfectly depicted in the fanart.
"I thought this one of those mental illness pictures for a second 😭😭😭," one fan said.
"This perfectly captures the horror that is yhwach," another fan said.
Many Bleach fans scrutinized Yhwach's new form and concluded how the multiple eyes with the wave like spiritual pressure along with Yhwach's smile made the perfect design for body horror. Few others hoped that Yhwach's horror elements would be explored more in the anime with added scenes.
"SK absorbed Yhwach has such a perfect design for some body horror," one fan wrote.
"Yhwach final form truly is some horror material, hope it gets explored in the anime more," another fan wrote.
Bleach TYBW part 3 currently has four episodes out and with Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 5 being scheduled for a release on November 2, 2024.
Episode 3 of part 3 had a completely anime original sequence and reveal, with Uryu's Vollständig and his fight against Ichigo. It is possible that the next few episodes will continue with more anime original content in order to address the pacing issues, which is a prominent complaint from the manga readers.
