With the release of Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 6, the anime finally saw Ichigo's group and the Gotei 13 enter the Soul King Palace. While their objective was to take down Yhwach and his subordinates, they were left shocked by its appearance as it looked exactly like the streets of Wandenreich.
With such developments, fans are looking forward to watching the next episode. But did you know that the anime did not follow the story the same way it was depicted in the manga? There were several differences between the anime and manga. So, let's take a look at them.
Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 6: Every change made by the anime
Shinigami finally tries opening the gate to Soul King Palace in Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 6

As seen in the manga, the Shinigami tried opening the gate to the Soul King Palace before Shunsui Kyoraku freed Sosuke Aizen. However, in the anime, the scene was delayed until after Aizen's arrival.
While the scene itself did not change much, the change in chronology could be confusing to some fans because in the anime even the Sternritters were at the scene to help the Shinigami create the gate. When in the manga, they arrived much later. It was only after this scene that the Wandenreich started to strip away from Soul Society.
The Visored finally arrive to help the Shinigami in Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 6

In the manga, the Gate to the Soul King Palace starts to disappear immediately after the Gotei 13 start to channel their reiatsu into the spheres. However, in the anime, this scene was altered.
In this scene, it took Gotei 13 and the Sternritters some time to create the Gate in the first place. It was only after they created the gate that it started to disappear. Just then, the Visored arrived to help. They joined the Gotei 13 in channeling their reiatsu into the spheres.
Basically, in the manga, the Visored arrive to help before Aizen's arrival. Meanwhile, in the anime, they arrive much later.
Ichigo and others visualizing Yushiro scene is removed in Bleach TYBW part 3 episode 6

As seen in the anime, just as Ichigo's group and the Gotei 13 group enter the Soul King Palace, Yoruichi and her brother Yushiro detect each other's reiatsu at the location. Ichigo was shocked at this revelation as he never knew that Yoruichi had a sibling. This scene pretty much ends here in the anime.
However, there are additions to this in the manga. Just as Ichigo, Orihime, Sado, and Ganju learn about Yoruichi having a sibling in the manga, the four characters are seen huddled in a circle visualizing what Yoruichi's brother could look like.
At first, they of a strong muscular man with a ponytail but when Yoruichi corrects them, telling them that her brother looks like her, the group starts to think of Yoruichi's cat form. While this segment wasn't necessarily important, it added some humor to an intense scene.
