The episode begins with a scene from the past, showing how Jugram and Bazz-B met each other for the first time. After that, the narrative returns to Wahrwelt, where Bazz-B challenges Jugram in a duel. He knows Yhwach will soon switch powers with Jugram, so he wants to kill the Quincy King along with his former friend.
On the other hand, Jugram doesn't want to engage in combat with Bazz-B, as he finds it meaningless. However, he is forced to draw his sword when Bazz-B activates his Schrift. As their battle begins, the scene suddenly transitions to the past, showing Jugram and Bazz-B's friendship.
It is revealed that Jugram couldn't absorb Reishi and create Holy Arrows or other similar Quincy techniques. On the contrary, Bazz-B was an expert at it. Thus, he pitied Jugram and decided to make him his sidekick. Soon after that, the episode returns to the present, where Bazz-B asks Jugram why they have changed Silbern's name to Wahrwelt.
However, Jugram is not entitled to answer. He tells Bazz-B to stop the battle as the castle will get damaged. Just then, the episode shifts to another flashback scene. It is revealed that Yhwach had burned down Bazz-B's castle and killed his loved ones. He also caused a forest fire, which killed Jugram's uncle.
Bazz-B swore to take revenge by killing Yhwach. Jugram, who had no one, decided to accompany Bazz-B in his dreams. They went to the castle, collected some valuable items, including Jugram picking up his sword, and swore to become the strongest quincies.
Some years after, Yhwach proposed to form a new team called the Sternritter and wanted to recruit people. Bazz-B saw it as an opportunity to get closer to Yhwach and eliminate him. When Yhwach's military announced the news, he volunteered to join the Sternritters.
However, Yhwach selected Jugram. Bazz-B was confused because his friend had no Quincy abilities. However, the Quincy King revealed that Jugram was special and that he was his other half. Apparently, Jugram Haschwalth possessed the power to give. Hence, Bazz-B's genius was his influence.
The red-haired Quincy's eyes were covered with jealousy, as he saw Jugram. That's where a rift began in their friendship. Jugram Haschwalth chose to follow Yhwach, leaving his friend behind. Eventually, Bazz-B joined the Sternritter on his merit and challenged Jugram numerous times, who had then become the Sternritter's Commander.
However, Jugram always refused, saying how it's forbidden to battle among teammates. However, Bazz-B wanted a closure. After the long flashback, the episode returns to the present one final time. Bazz-B uses his Burner Finger Four to charge at Jugram, who cuts off his right arm.
Although he's bleeding profusely, Bazz-B demonstrates his final move, Burner Full Finger to launch a vortex of fire at Jugram. However, the Sternritter Commander blocks the attack and slashes Bazz-B.
Jugram's blade leaves a gash on Bazz-B's chest as he falls to the ground after acknowledging his former friend's victory. The episode ends with Bazz-B's death.
