With the release of Bleach TYBW part 3 finale, the anime adapted several events simultaneously. However, unlike the previous episodes that were close to a one-to-one manga adaptation, the finale featured several anime-exclusive scenes that were etched together with the manga canon content for a much better watch experience.
Bleach TYBW part 3 finale effectively set up several battles for the upcoming fourth cour of the anime. This includes the Visored vs. Gerard Valkyrie, Yoruichi Shihoin vs. Askin Naak Le Vaar, and Ishida Uryu vs. Jugram Haschwalth. In addition, the finale featured several exclusive scenes added to support the changes made to the anime's plot.

Bleach TYBW part 3 finale: Every change made by Pierrot Films for the anime
Pierrot Films added some exclusive scenes to set up Visored vs. Gerard Valyrie
Just as Gotei 13 was headed towards Yhwach, their path was interrupted by Gerard Valkyrie, who challenged them to a fight. Moments later, the anime featured an exclusive scene depicting Renji Abarai's return. As per the anime, he was healed by Visored who found him on their way to the battlefield. Even Gerard and Renji's exchange is an exclusive, soon after which the Gotei 13 go their way.
The anime later saw Gerard Valkyrie emerge as a giant. This is followed by some anime-exclusive scenes. The anime shows Shinji Hiraku and Momo Hinamori trying to fight Gerard on their own but are swiftly defeated. Even Soifon is shown activating her Bankai only to be swatted away alongside Byakuya Kuchiki.
This was followed by another original scene where Kensei Muguruma and Rojuro Otoribashi return to the battlefield after being reverted from their zombified forms. Right after, all Visored can be seen activating their hollowfication to fight against Gerard Valkyrie as Visored.
Yoruichi Shihoin vs. Askin Naak Le Vaar featured some changes
For starters, some of the manga content was removed before the fight between Askin and Yoruichi. As fans might remember, in the manga, the Gerard fight started before the Askin fight could begin. But in the anime, they took place at the same time. Hence, Askin could be seen spotting the giant Gerard standing in the distance in the manga. This scene was omitted in the anime.
Following that, the anime pretty much did a one-to-one adaptation of the manga with a few minor changes. The anime saw some dialogue changes in the exchange between Yoruichi and Orihime. Additionally, it omitted the scene where Yushiro Shihoin tries to hug his sister. This was followed by the one-to-one adaptation of the manga to the point where Yushiro gets injured. Right after, the anime added an exclusive scene where Yoruichi went after Askin and tossed him across the battlefield with her legs.
Pierrot Films made changes to Ishida Uryu's scenes
The most significant change to Ishida Uryu's scenes was how the anime changed his plan. In the manga, his plan to defeat Yhwach had to do with collapsed chips that were placed in several locations within the Wahrwelt. However, this plot was entirely omitted in the manga, hinting at a new plan.
Likewise, several dialogues between Ishida and Jugram Haschwalth were altered as the Sternritter Grandmaster questioned Ishida's allegiance. This was followed by an anime-exclusive flashback depicting the Ishida family's past. According to the flashback, Yhwach activated the Auswählen the moment Masaki Kurosaki was confronted by the Grand Fisher.
As for the Ishida family, Kanae Katagiri and Ishida Uryu were the first to fall while Ishida's mother remained standing. This was contradictory to what the story had depicted as only Uryu was known to have survived the Auswählen. Right after, the anime saw Uryu standing in front of a grave, possibly that of his mother. This flashback scene was followed by another exclusive battle sequence between Ichigo and Ishida as part of it was seemingly inspired by events in chapter 660.
Lastly, the anime altered the exchange between Ishida and his friends. While he revealed his intention to defeat Yhwach, the anime did not give fans even a gist of what he had planned.
Additional changes made by Pierrot Films in Bleach TYBW part 3 finale
The anime gave fans an original scene where all three worlds could be seen experiencing tremors. Mimihagi was dissipating, while Yhwach could be seen smiling while being asleep. Even Yuzu and Karin were shown in the scene to depict how they perceived the tremors.
Speaking of Yhwach, the anime finally showcased a glimpse of his battle against the Bambis. However, this scene was altered in the anime. In the manga, Yhwach goes to sleep after he takes down the Bambis. However, in the anime, he seemingly takes them down after he is seen resting on his throne.
Surprisingly, the anime also featured some original scenes featuring Yukio and Riruka, Riruka wanted to help Ichigo while keeping her promise. That's when Yukio takes her to the Shiba house, which was seemingly being attacked by Lille Barro. This scene was etched together with Izuru Kira's scene which takes place in chapter 654.
Lastly, the anime showed Isshin Kurosaki and Ryūken Ishida reaching Wahrwelt much earlier than they were supposed to when compared to the manga.
