The manga chapter picks up right from where the previous chapter ended as Michael Kaiser was surprised by Yoichi Isagi's proposal for a team-up, especially since he wanted to kill him previously.

However, Isagi did not care for that anymore. After witnessing Julian Loki play, it became evident to both talented learners that they could not defeat the geniuses if they worked against each other.
