Boruto may have given Himawari an evolved version of Kurama, and Baryon Mode is to thank

The Boruto fanbase has once again come up with an interesting theory that utilizes scientific concepts to substantiate their claims. This theory in particular attempts to explain Himawari’s recent development in the series and how her new powers are tied to the Baryon Mode that was used by Naruto against Isshiki Otsutsuki.

It was clear that this was the strongest transformation that we had seen so far. However, the effects of this transformation seemed to have lasted for quite some time, and the theory claims that we are seeing its results even in Two Blue Vortex.

Let’s take a closer look at the theory and understand how it connects Baryon Mode to Himawari’s latest power-up in the manga series.

Boruto fan theory states that Himawari’s Kurama is not just an evolved form, but is also connected to Baryon Mode

The fan theory put forth by the community states that Himawari’s Kurama is an evolved version of the initial Nine-Tailed Beast. Furthermore, the reason for Himawari’s acquisition of the Kyuubi and its evolution is linked to the Baryon Mode that was used by Naruto Uzumaki. Baryon Mode works in a way that is quite similar to nuclear fusion. Nuclear Fusion is the process in which two hydrogen nuclei are fused under extreme pressure which releases massive amounts of energy.

Kurama’s chakra is very similar to hydrogen atoms in this case, and we saw a colored cloud appear when Kurama was dying. Fans have compared this to a nebula, which is a cloud of hydrogen in ionized, neutral, and molecular form. Nebula is often found around dying stars and fans have reason to believe that Kurama’s chakra was being dissipated into the air in this fashion.

Since Himawari Uzumaki’s Kurama was far smaller than the initial version, fans have compared him to a Red Dwarf. These are the smallest stars that can be observed in the main sequence. An interesting fact about Red Dwarf is that its creation often takes place in a Nebula. Now, it is important to understand why it was Himawari who managed to get Kurama in the series. Chapter 9 of the Two Blue Vortex series laid a great deal of emphasis on Himawari, and the title of the chapter in French translated to “Fundamental Factor”.

This can be compared to a protostar, which is an extremely young star that continues to gather its particles from a Nebula. Once there are enough particles in the Protostar, nuclear fusion takes place at its core.

Fans have reason to believe that since this is the case, the Kurama present within Himawari can exhibit the properties of Baryon Mode, while massively reducing the damage it deals on the user.

Red Dwarf Stars are capable of burning far more efficiently, which is why the Boruto fanbase speculates that Himawari’s Kurama is an evolved version. We urge the fanbase to patiently wait for the upcoming set of chapters to provide clarity on the same.
