The Boruto manga's plot has been thickening ever since the Two Blue Vortex manga began. However, there is one plot point that the manga hasn't touched a lot in the sequel manga, i.e., the Otsutsuki clan. Ever since the new manga began, the story's focus has shifted to the sentient God Trees, leaving the characters with little time to focus on the looming danger over their heads.
However, fans need not worry as the plot surrounding the Otsutsuki clan is still very much relevant. This was teased back in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations manga as fans seemingly have to be introduced to two new Otsutsuki by the end of the manga series.

Mysterious wall in Boruto suggests the arrival of two more Otsutsuki's arrival
As fans might remember, back in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations chapter 35, Sasuke Uchiha was seen using his Space-Time Ninjutsu to travel to a mysterious coordinate Konohamaru found while extracting intel from the crashed Kara airship in chapter 17.
Upon decrypting the data, it was revealed that the coordinates could only be reached with Space-Time Ninjutsu, forcing Sasuke to investigate the same. It was later also revealed that Amado Sanzu had placed the intel on the ship deliberately so that Konoha Shinobi would find the location.
As seen in the manga, this location had a mysterious wall with six engraved panels arranged into three pairs of two each. Each of these engravings represented an Otsutsuki. Four of the six engravings were intact, while the remaining two were heavily damaged.
Surprisingly, the four engravings in good condition also represented the Otsutsuki that had already visited Earth: Momoshiki, Kinshiki, Isshiki, and Kaguya. Hence, the remaining two engravings suggest two more Otsutsuki who could likely descend on Earth to wreak havoc.
The good thing is that neither of the Otsutsuki might be stronger than Isshiki. This is because evidence suggests that the lower the engravings are on the wall, the weaker the Otsutsuki. This is especially evident from the positions of Kinshiki and Kaguya's engravings, both of which were below their respective senior, Momoshiki and Isshiki Otsutsuki.
These pieces of evidence suggest that out of the two remaining Otsutsuki, one of them could be as strong as Momoshiki and Kaguya, while the other unknown Otsutsuki could be as strong as Kinshiki. However, such deduction also leads one to question why engravings were tampered with. Was it Isshiki who destroyed the engravings due to possible traitorous actions?
Unfortunately, for now, there is no way to answer these questions. That said, considering that the manga has introduced fans to Shibai, Urashiki, and Toneri Otsutsuki as well, there is a chance that the two destroyed engravings could represent two of the three Otsutsuki clan members.
The reason the engravings may have been destroyed could be due to something that happened within the Otsutsuki clan in the past. For now, fans can only hope for the manga to explore this plotline further in the manga's future.
