Since the start of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, fans have been wondering what the manga series's title means. The previous manga was called Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Considering how the plot focused on the next generation of Shinobi, the title made complete sense. But that was not the case for the Two Blue Vortex manga.
Many fans previously theorized that the two "Blue Vortex" referred to in the title were the two karma users in the series - Boruto and Kawaki. While one can pretty much confirm that the protagonist is one of the two "Blue Vortexes," the second one is doubtful.
Fortunately, the latest preview for the manga series suggested who is the second "Blue Vortex" mentioned in the series's title. It could be none other than the protagonist's sister and the new Jinchuriki of Kurama, Himawari Uzumaki.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex volume 3 preview suggests Himawari as the second "Blue Vortex"
Right before the release of the manga's third compiled volume, Shueisha's V Jump magazine released a promotional advertisement for the same featuring the two primary characters from the series - Boruto and Himawari.
The description reads:
"The Choices of the Siblings Who Inherited the Power! Himawari confronts Jura alone to protect her friends! Boruto challenges Hidari to save his master!"
As fans would know, out of all the sentient Divine Trees, Jura and Hidari were the strongest ones. Therefore, Himawari confronting one of the two Divine Trees was a clear indication that she was one of the two main characters in the series. This also made sense to the title as the two Uzumaki siblings had blue colored eyes just like their father, the Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki.
It is true that the manga has yet to reveal what the "Blue Vortex" is, but evidence suggests that the title might be referring to the Uzumaki siblings. As fans might remember, sometime back, Naruto manga creator Masashi Kishimoto released a new short manga based on Naruto's father, Minato Namikaze.
The manga was called Naruto: The Whorl Within the Spiral. This manga saw Mito Uzumaki extensively describing the difference between a spiral and a helix. Thus, as the Uzumaki clan was heavily linked with words that were similar in meaning to "vortex," there is good reason to believe that the latest manga's title refers to the two Uzumaki descendants in the story.
Unfortunately, fans may have to wait for a long time until the manga confirms the same. Until then, Himawari fans can rejoice as their favorite character has a special role in her hands. She is not only possibly set to face off against Divine Tree Jura in the future chapters but is also the new Jinchuriki to the Nine-Tailed Beast Kurama. Hopefully, the manga will continue treating her the same way it has been till now.
