If it wasn't already troubling for Boruto and his friends to face four sentient God Trees, the new manga chapters saw a new antagonist join the fray. Gaara's son, Shinki, was turned into a Shinju after he got bit by a Claw Grime while trying to protect his father from Matsuri.
With this, the already overpowered antagonist group has become bigger. While Kashin Koji's Prescience ability suggests that there will be only five Shinju as part of the group, there is also a chance that Jura and his subordinates may want to add more members. That said, the manga series may have already hinted at Jura wanting to add Shikadai Nara into a sentient God Tree next.

Jura may want to turn Shikadai into a Shinju in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex
As one might remember, the manga's previous chapter revealed what happened in the Hidden Sand Village. Evidently, Matsuri had gone to the village along with Claw Grimes to find out anything she could about Boruto and his accomplices. She only wanted to get information from the Fifth Kazekage Gaara and never planned to add another Shinju to their group.
It was only after Matsuri saw Shinki's Magnet Release that she was interested in adding him to the group. Fortunately for her, a Claw Grime had already bitten him, manifesting his Thorn Soul Bulb. This means that the sentient God Trees never planned on expanding their group. However, if they did find someone strong or interesting enough, they would not mind harvesting their Thorn Soul Bulb to add another God Tree to their group.
With that in mind, there is a good chance that the group's leader Jura may soon add a Shikadai God Tree into their group. As evident from Jura's encounter with Team 10 and Himawari, the sentient God Tree was most impressed by Shikadai's intellect and decision-making. On top of that, Jura made sure to remember his name and predicted that they would meet again in the future.
While there is a chance that Jura may want to meet Shikadai again to challenge his intellect during a battle, it could also mean that the God Tree wants to add him to his group. As fans might remember, the last time Jura and Shikadai met, the God Tree was busy with Himawari, hoping to capture her. Therefore, as he had his hands full, he planned on having a Claw Grime bite Shikadai later.
Such a development would be huge for the sentient God Trees because while they were strong, they lacked knowledge about the world. Right after being gifted with sentience, the God Trees started craving knowledge. This is evident from how much Jura had become interested in books.
While he would want to attain knowledge, with impending battles against the Shinobi inching closer, he may want to add someone smart to his group. Hence, Jura could add Shikadai to the group as the sixth Shinju. However, it is to be seen how this development will come to fruition.
