Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 was recently leaked and showed how the protagonist stepped into the battlefield to save her sister Himawari from Jura as the latter was beginning to overpower her. This led to varying opinions in the fandom as people wanted to see more of Himawari in action but, from a storytelling perspective, it makes sense that this moment was executed in this particular manner.

While Himawari has a lot of potential with the chakra of Kurama, the truth of the matter is that Boruto, as of right now, is the only one of the good guys who has a chance to fight the likes of Hidari and Jura.

Therefore, it is fairly logical that the protagonist chose to save his sister and Sarada Uchiha since trying to fight the Shinju clones with them around could have had a lot of disastrous results.

Boruto saving Himawari and Sarada was the right decision in chapter 11

Now that chapter 11 of the Two Blue Vortex manga has been leaked, one of the most notorious elements to a lot of people was Himawari using the Kurama chakra to fight Jura.

It was a tremendous moment for the character of Himawari as she was making a massive step in terms of power and plot relevance but this didn't mean that she was going to be a good match for the shinju clone.

The same can be argued for the likes of Sarada Uchiha and Konohamaru Sarutobi as they proved to be a couple of leagues below Hidari, which makes sense considering that the latter is made out of the Ten-Tails and Sasuke Uchiha's chakra.

In that regard, both shinju clones are too powerful for these characters to handle and there would have been a lot of casualties, including the likes of Team 10.

Therefore, the protagonist made the right decision as he saved Sarada and his sister as they were probably going to be killed if they kept fighting.

It might have been a little disappointing for the fans since they would have preferred to see an amazing battle, but Naruto's son made the right call in this situation.

What could happen in the coming chapters

There is a good chance the coming chapter will show the protagonist talking to his sister Himawari for the first time in the timeskip, which could have a lot of ramifications moving forward.

It could help Himawari to discover that he is innocent and slowly break the illusion that was created by Kawaki and Eida three years ago.

Another major plot point will be focused on the characters of Jura and Hidari as they have been left to their own devices at the moment.

There is a chance that Boruto might come back to face one of them, although it seems unlikely that he is going to face both at the same time, which could put him between a rock and a hard place.

Final thoughts

It makes a lot of sense that Boruto chose to save Himawari as the latter was not going to have a chance against Jura in the long run. The same can be said about Sarada, so the protagonist made the right decision as their lives would have been wasted for nothing in that battle.
