The Boruto: Two Blue Vortex fanbase encountered a discussion involving Himawari Uzumaki and the Akatsuki. They certainly are unrelated since they belong to two different shows set in the same universe. However, the fanbase seemed to have picked the organization as Himawari’s latest opponent in this hypothetical battle.

Those who are well-versed in the manga series will know that Himawari received a new power-up that sent shockwaves to the entire anime and manga community. This is also because it was accompanied by the return of a beloved character, quite literally from the dead.

Himawari became the Nine-Tailed Beast Jinchuriki in the manga series. Could Himawari take on the Akatsuki with her new powers? The Akatsuki will emerge triumphant in this hypothetical battle.

Disclaimer: This article contains massive spoilers from the manga chapters.

How will Himawari from Boruto: Two Blue Vortex fare against the Akatsuki?

Could Himawari take on the Akatsuki with Kurama powers? No, Himawari cannot beat all members of this organization should this battle take place. The Akatsuki was one of the most feared organizations in the original Naruto series. Some of the members were Itachi Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, and Pain. This clearly indicates that the organization was fierce, and they played an active role in instigating the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Pain quite literally destroyed an entire village in just one shot. Itachi Uchiha had access to Shisui’s Sharingan, allowing him to perform some of the most advanced Genjutsu that even crippled Kakashi Hatake.

Given the impressive line-up, there is no way Himawari can defeat the entire Akatsuki all by herself. She is currently a Nine-Tailed Beast Jinchuriki who has access to Kurama’s powers. Not only is she a Jinchuriki, but she also has the best affinity with Kurama, meaning she has the potential to surpass the likes of Naruto Uzumaki.

This is the part that seems to have confused a few fans since they mistook the word “potential” for her current powers and abilities. While she may have the potential to surpass Naruto and potentially defeat the entirety of Akatsuki.

In her current state, she can use a weak Bijuu Dama, and she also has great healing capabilities. While she might taking on the Shinju, that is not indicative of her ability to beat the entire Akatsuki. She could defeat the likes of Konan and Hidan with little to no difficulty.

Some of the stronger characters like Itachi and Obito were incredibly strong. Obito also had access to techniques like Kamui which would be difficult to deal with. It is also important to note that Himawari is quite young, which means she lacks the experience to deal with seasoned fighters from organizations like the Akatsuki.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, Himawari will not be able to take on the Akatsuki by herself. She might be able to take on the likes of Konan, Deidara, and Hidan. But seasoned fighters like Obito not only have a wide range of techniques in their arsenal but also have the battle intellect that very few can match.

Himwari’s lack of experience will play a role in her defeat. That being said, she has all the signs to surpass her father in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, and she could take on the Akatsuki someday. This is under the assumption that her skills are cultivated efficiently, achieving her full potential.
