Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga has shown more plot progression over the past couple of chapters than the rest of the manga has over the past few years. The rate at which things are progressing has left fans on the edge of their seats, and new fan theories are flooding social media platforms and forums.

One such theory has caught a ton of traction, as it revolves around Eida. She hasn’t made an appearance in the Two Blue Vortex installation of the manga yet. However, she's an important character, as she single-handedly changed the course of the series with her ability.

There's no doubt that she's a powerful character, and this theory only seems to strengthen this claim, as fans believe that her origins could be tied to the Akatsuki from the original Naruto series.

A considerable portion of this theory hinges on a trend that's noticed not just in shonen titles but in anime as a medium. Those who have watched plenty of anime titles will know that hair plays an important role in character design.

The medium is such that it’s difficult to create unique facial features that also bear a certain degree of resemblance to their parents. For that reason, the artists responsible for the character design often give importance to the character’s hair during the design process.

Characters often have the same hair color or hairstyle as their parents, and this strategy is often used to show progeny in anime. Therefore, the design and color of the hair can reveal a lot, and this fan theory seems to have found a connection between Eida and the original Akatsuki based on this trend.

Eida’s hair is blue in color with pink-colored streaks. To some, it might be a stylistic choice. However, the animanga community believes that her connection to the Akatsuki could be revealed later.

Eida was created by Amado who fused human DNA with Shibai Otsutsuki’s cells. Konan’s hair color is quite close to blue/purple in the series. She was one of the founding members of the Akatsuki along with Nagato and Yahiko.

The colors of their hair were white and orange respectively, so fans have reason to believe that Eida from the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex could have been birthed from Konan and Nagato’s DNA.

Nagato had white hair and when we mix it with Konan’s hair color, it gives a light blue color which is quite similar to what Eida has. However, fans might be wondering how the pink-colored streaks could have come into this equation.

Those who have watched the original Naruto series will know that Nagato also had red-colored hair. If we mix that color with white, it would result in a pastel pink color, which would be similar to the color of Eida’s streaks.

Given the colors and pairing it with the trend that anime titles use to show progeny, there's a very high chance that Eida was created from the DNA of two shinobis who were the founding members of the Akatsuki. Nevertheless, the fanbase should wait for the upcoming set of chapters to get some clarity.
