The Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga release schedule can be a little tiresome as it takes a month for a new chapter to be released. Additionally, as the manga has shown plenty of promise, naturally, the anticipation continued to rise at a steady pace, leading to fans revisiting some old chapters. The fanbase has been rather active on various social media platforms, coming up with various fan theories.

In this case, the fanbase has recently shared some interesting points regarding the Omnipotence. This technique was seen before the commencement of the Two Blue Vortex chapters. Fans have reasons to believe that Eida’s romantic rivals have some link to the effects of the Shinjutsu. Let’s understand the connection between Eida, her romantic rivals, and her Shinjutsu technique.

Disclaimer: This article contains massive spoilers from the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga chapters and is speculative in nature.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex shows a potential link between Sarada, Sumire, and Eida’s Omnipotence

It has been established that Eida was romantically interested in the protagonist. She was also interested in Kawaki, which is why she came to Konohagakure. She was put on the spot when Kawaki asked her to help him out. She used her Omnipotence which altered everyone’s memories.

However, there were a few people who were not affected by her Divine Technique. The people in question were none other than Sumire and Sarada Uchiha.

Fans have reason to believe that there is a connection. At first glance, this might not be the case. But, there is one element that connects these characters - their love for Boruto. Both Sumire and Sarada have a great deal of affection for him. Eida’s Shinjutsu ability allowed her to alter memories and this could stem from her intense feeling of love for the person.

Love is one of the most important things for Eida. If we take a closer look at her abilities, one can assume that her Divine Technique could stem from something that’s closest to her, and that is the feeling of love. This is also the only dot that connects her with Sumire and Sarada Uchiha.

There isn’t a lot that has been revealed about the Omnipotence. However, there is a very good chance that Sumire and Sarada’s romantic feelings protected them from the effects of Omnipotence.

Their romantic rivalry could be quite important in the series. Eida has been sidelined in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex and there is a lot about her Divine Technique that will be revealed. Fans believe that as and when Kishimoto reveals more about the Omnipotence, Sumire and Sarada will have a substantial role to play, should Eida take on the role of an antagonist.

Conclusion

While this is a theory that fans have constructed, some of them aren’t happy with the approach. If feelings of love are the only thing that safeguards them from Omnipotence, this is bad writing, and the fanbase shares this sentiment.

Masashi Kishimoto tends to mess up certain integral aspects of the manga from time to time. However, it will be interesting to see how the manga advances and whether or not their romantic feelings have a connection to the Omnipotence.
