Bye Bye, Earth episode 7 will be released on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 11:30 pm JST. It will be made available to watch on the satellite television station WOWOW and later on BS Nippon TV. The anime will also be available for viewers across the world of Crunchyroll.

In the previous episode of Bye Bye, Earth, the Topdogs and the Underdogs engaged in an intense battle against Tiziano and her undead army, ultimately emerging victorious. However, in the process, many of them lost their lives, and the victory itself was bittersweet. In Bye Bye, Earth episode 7, it is expected that there will be a change of scene and potentially some much-needed explanations will be provided, as the series has struggled with expositions so far.

Bye Bye, Earth episode 6 recap

In the previous episode, the Topdogs and Underdogs engaged in a fierce battle against Tiziano’s undead army, following a three-act strategy devised by Guinness. They took their stand on a bridge inside the Katakombe, where Kitty fortified their position. When the undead attempted to breach the boundaries, some were engulfed in flames, while others met their end by the sword.

As the battle continued, Adonis' glove slipped, revealing his right hand. As he wielded his swords with this hand, they appeared to wither. To Belle, it seemed as if the blades were crying out.

Meanwhile, Benedictine, the mermaid, was moved by Belle's courage, and turned into a man. It was explained that mermaids do not change their gender on a whim. They choose what to reflect in the mirrors of their mind. In this case, Benedictine’s inspiration was Belle, whom she sought to mirror.

Guinness then decided to provoke Tiziano into joining the battle, as they would otherwise be endlessly fighting the undead without making any real progress. In the subsequent act, they severed the waterways, stripping Tiziano of her elemental advantage. The alliance then ventured to the Skyway Cemetery, where Kitty cast protective wards.

The wards proved insufficient, and were easily breached by the relentless army of the undead. This, however, was a calculated ruse. A secondary boundary had been established at the cemetery's heart, where the alliance gathered. The space in between was set ablaze.

A few undead managed to enter the safe space and let their blood spill forth. In these puddles, moving swiftly like a shark was Tiziano, who cut down several Topdogs and Underdogs. Adonis confronted her, and their battle ensued inside this bloody alternate space. Belle and Kitty also tried to help since Adonis' efforts seemed futile.

Belle then observed that Tiziano's sword appeared to consume her. Kitty explained that it was a cancerous blade that resembled the throne of God. Belle then cut the sword from Tiziano’s hand.

Tiziano finally succumbed to her injuries and Adonis comforted her with an embrace.

The preview for Bye Bye, Earth episode 7, titled Examiner of Curses, Blessings, and their Shapes, shows that viewers will learn more about Tiziano's sword and possibly the false gods.

It also looks like a new character will make their debut in this episode. Unfortunately, it is not possible to get any further details at the time of this writing.
