Tokyo Revengers season 4 has been the topic of discussion among fans of the series. The first season was well-received and since then, the title has failed to retain the massive fanbase they had built during its course. The manga concluded its run in 2022 and fans were rather upset with the way things were handled by Ken Wakui.

That being said, the anime-only fanbase is quite eager to know more about the content that will be covered in Tokyo Revengers season 4. This leads to an interesting question — can Tokyo Revengers season 4 cover the entire final arc? No, the upcoming season will not be covering the remaining chapters of the manga series. Let’s take a look at what fans can expect in the upcoming season by analyzing the number of chapters left to be adapted to an anime.

As stated earlier, Tokyo Revengers season 4 will not cover the remaining contents of the manga. There are a lot of chapters left and cramming them into one single season would not be the best move. Pacing would be quite poor and the studio will be forced to avoid certain important developments to save time.

The upcoming season will begin with covering the 'Bonten arc.' This is the penultimate story arc, and it doesn’t belong to the 'Final arc' of the anime and manga series. Keeping this in mind, it would be a bad call if the studio decided to cram the 'Bonten arc' and the 'Final arc' into one season.

On average, the anime covers about 3 chapters for every episode of the anime series. Keeping this in mind, the adaptation rate will give the fans some insight into how many chapters will be covered in the upcoming season.

The 'Final arc' can be further divided into two more parts — the 'Three Deities arc' and the 'Kanto Manji arc'. The 'Bonten' and the 'Three Deities' arcs have a total of 50 chapters put together. This roughly accounts for about 17 chapters. With this in mind, there is a possibility that Tokyo Revengers season 4 could have two cours. The first cour could cover the 'Bonten arc' while the second could cover the 'Three Deities arc.'

The studio responsible for the production of the series can dedicate an entire season to the 'Kanto Manji arc' of the series. This arc has a total of 43 chapters, which means fans can expect 14-15 episodes in the concluding arc. The series could also take the movie route which many anime titles are considering. One such example is the Haikyuu series. The studio could adapt all the contents of the 'Kanto Manji arc' as an entire movie.

This would not be ideal since the movie format hasn’t particularly worked well. To reiterate the earlier statement, Tokyo Revengers season 4 will not cover the entirety of the 'Final arc' and will feature another season or a movie to conclude the story.
