As ardent fans of the series may recall, 'Hero of Hell' is actually Pochita's original form as the Chainsaw Devil, which is immensely powerful and is capable of eating and erasing any devil from existence.

There's no denying that Pochita in his 'Hero of Hell' form is ridiculously overpowered and is capable of blitzing the majority of the characters from its series. While he certainly does belong to the spectrum of the strongest anime characters in the world today, there exist far too many characters who can easily overwhelm Pochita, even at his strongest. 1) Goku (Dragon Ball)

Goku is often considered the benchmark of strength in the anime community, and for good reason. His evolution throughout the Dragon Ball series has seen him go through multiple transformations and fusions, ranging from Kaio-ken and Super Saiyan 3 to True Ultra Instinct.

However, a hypothetical matchup between Goku and 'Hero of Hell' Pochita would lead to a devastating defeat for the latter. This is because Pochita's strength as the Chainsaw Devil mainly depends on how much people fear him. Goku, on the other hand, has no such restrictions. Even if Goku were to fight Pochita at his strongest, there's very little chance that the latter would be able to survive the onslaught of some of the former's strongest forms.

A fight between Giorno Giovanna with his original Golden Experience Stand and Hero of Hell Pochita would likely end tragically for the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure protagonist. However, things would go south for the Chainsaw Devil real fast if Golden Experience Requiem (GER) comes into play.

After Giorno stabbed his Golden Experience Stand with the Stand-creating Arrow, it turned into Golden Experience Requiem (GER), which was blessed with an extremely overpowered and borderline unfair ability that enables it to turn its opponents willpower and actions into zero.

In other words, if Pochita performs any action that would likely cause harm to Giorno, GER would nullify his action to zero. A hypothetical fight between Kusuo Saiki and Hero of Hell Pochita might be a close matchup if the overpowered psychic limits his power to reduce destruction.

That said, things would end badly for Pochita if Saiki decides to go all out in their fight, especially since without his limiters, the latter is capable of possibly ending Earth all by himself. Saiki possesses a vast range of abilities, including pyrokinesis, telekinesis, teleportation, petrification, super strength, and even restoration, which makes him effectively immortal. Rimuru also has an imaginary space, akin to multiple dimensions within themselves, wherein they store anything they consume using Soul Consumption, which is capable of consuming anything.
