This should give fans an idea of how long it will take until the contract is fully honored, with Mifune likely being praised or rewarded for securing the deal. After they hang up, the focus should shift to Public Safety, where information on the Gun Goddess will be revealed.
Given the obvious opposition in the word Goddess as opposed to Devil, it’s likely that the Gun Goddess will be revealed as a unique creature rather than a subset of Devils. This should prompt a full explanation of their origins.
