Following Denji’s claim of having a plan to escape the Aging Devil’s world, fans are curious to see what will happen in Chainsaw Man chapter 184. Readers are therefore desperate for any leaks they can find on the issue, ahead of its official digital release on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 12 am Japanese Standard Time.
Unfortunately, there are no verifiable spoilers currently available for Chainsaw Man chapter 184 as of this article’s writing. Moreover, these spoilers are unlikely to come given the series’ digital publication nature, which inherently makes it much more difficult to obtain regular spoilers.
However, there are some likely directions for Chainsaw Man chapter 184 to head in, given what fans currently know, even without the help of any story-based leaks. The most significant of these likely focuses on Denji’s plan to escape, which is seemingly predicated on somehow using his own stomach as a means of transportation.
Denji’s plan in Chainsaw Man chapter 184 may involve his own stomach and abusing Pochita’s powers
Chainsaw Man chapter 184 will likely begin with a brief focus on the Aging Devil and what it’s up to in the real world. This seems especially likely since the final pages of chapter 183 showed the Hero of Hell’s battered, motionless corpse still existing in reality.
This would also provide an update on how long it’s been in reality since Denji and Asa were thrown into the Aging Devil’s world, as well as the status of its deal with Public Safety.
From here, the focus should return to Denji and Asa Mitaka, who should be the issue’s sole focus until its conclusion. Asa will likely be in disbelief that Denji has a plan, saying instead that he’s delirious from hypothermia and trying to figure out a way to keep him warm.
Denji will likely counter by explaining his plan, which is essentially impossible to predict, given how Fujimoto has been writing the series lately.
However, it can be safely said that Denji eating Asa isn’t an option. What’s more likely is that the pair will try and abuse Pochita’s Devil powers, either by “erasing” the Aging Devil’s world via Pochita’s abilities, or throwing up more and more powerful Devils.
The former would essentially force them back to reality by wiping out Aging’s world, while the latter would likely see Denji continuing to throw up Devils until one powerful enough appears.
The latter approach seems more likely, as it’s also conducive to War Devil Yoru’s goals of retrieving the Nuclear Weapons Devil from Pochita’s stomach. Once Denji does throw up the Nuclear Weapons Devil, which seems likely, Yoru will likely take control of Asa’s body and attack him, further confusing him.
She should then weaponize the Nuclear Weapons Devil, possibly setting up their escape in the end anyway.
However, before that, Asa will likely wrest control back before Yoru can do anything beyond weaponizing the Devil she has sought after. Denji will likely be upset that she attacked him, demanding an explanation of why she has such violent mood swings with him.
The issue will likely end with Asa confessing the truth of her existence to Denji, taking advantage of the fact that Yoru’s powers don’t work here at the eleventh hour.
