Chainsaw Man has reached an intriguing point with the Aging Devil, Asa Mitaka/Yoru, and Denji. Initially battling Pochita/Denji in his Hero of Hell form, Yoru decided to take on the Aging Devil, who also appeared and offered a sinister deal to a heavily injured Pochita. But this turned out to be quite a serious mistake, as it took a single gesture from the Aging Devil to send Asa/Yoru and Denji elsewhere.
Judging by what is seen, it appears they are in a strange world where escape is nearly impossible. Regarding what this world is or the parallels drawn, needless to say, theories have been surfacing. One such theory likens the Aging Devil's world to the Garden of Eden and Denji and Asa/Yoru to Adam and Eve but in an odd way. Here's a closer look.

Chainsaw Man might be paralleling a genderbent Adam and Eve
A new Chainsaw Man theory has surfaced, which puts forth an interesting take on the current situation of the manga. As of chapter 180, Denji and Asa/Yoru are trapped in the Aging Devil's world. It looks like a world entirely different from reality and with no sense of time. The mentioned theory likens this world to the Garden of Eden and the two protagonists to Adam and Eve, but genderbent.
To elaborate, first comes the Garden of Eden. Considering the Aging Devil to be "God," Adam and Eve (aka the protagonists) have been cast back into the Garden. In this case, the theory views Denji as Eve and Asa/Yoru as Adam. So, we have Eve returning to the Garden (post apple) and this might be "her" chance at salvation. "She" likely let go of her innocence but the garden itself is still pure.
The theory runs with Denji having become "impure" due to the events of Part I, which is also an allegory for it (Part I) being the snake. Furthermore, Makima can be viewed as the apple, through which Denji lost innocence. He had never experienced a pure/normal life before and here, in the garden, he might regain his innocence once more.
Quite possibly, Denji won't wish to leave, which will further contribute to his character development.
The theory intertwines in a bit of a complex way henceforth, considering the existence of two protagonists. Each have an Adam and Eve allegory. However, they are not each other's Adam and Eve. Here, Asa would be Adam, giving up her rib (her body) to form Yoru (the contract). Yoru being Eve was never innocent and Asa, similar to Adam, couldn't control Yoru from consuming the apple.
But a major point is that Asa holds her innocence. She has changed from her former self, before Yoru's introduction. However, innocence is a broad term here, and safe to say, Asa's childhood was tough, making her not so innocent. Moving forward, the theory points to Pochita as the snake, whose origins are yet unknown but one thing looks to be certain.
Pochita's Devil Erasure powers are akin to what Primal Devils possess, i.e., Aging's Devil-free world. But in this version, "God" isn't going to banish them, instead try to keep them trapped. Also, much like the serpent, Pochita must show them a way out of this twisted scenario. In the process, Denji will rediscover his innocence and Asa will likely accept that she cannot remain a bystander anymore.
As for Yoru, she might evolve the other way and become a little more human while Asa turns more Devil. Hence, the renewed Eve (Denji) and Adam (Asa/Yoru) will leave the garden to face the Aging Devil as a duo and hopefully stop the coming of the Death Devil.
Final thoughts
To conclude, this theory is a little complex in comparison to previous ones that have surfaced. Likening the present situation to the Garden of Eden and the existence of Adam and Eve is certainly intriguing. It does seem plausible too, comparing Denji to Eve and Asa/Yoru to Adam.
Denji is unique from a regular protagonist in the sense that he desires nothing but a normal life. In between, he did want to be famous as Chainsaw Man, but that is a normal reaction from a teenager who gets extra attention.
Again, Asa lost her innocence early on and Yoru's introduction further established that fact. She needs to grasp that she is in too deep, accept it and take decisions accordingly while dealing with Yoru.
