Dandadan's Seiko Ayase, or simply Grandma Seiko, has been all the craze since her introduction in the anime. Despite being quite mature, her looks did not fail to mesmerize fans, and this was further enhanced by her unique blend of power, confidence, and mentorship.

As such, another famous "Granny" comes to mind: Tsunade Senju, the legendary medical-nin and one of the three Sannin from Naruto. Famed for her occult powers, fierce combat abilities, and relentless attitude, Seiko plays the role of protector and acts as a powerful influence on protagonists Momo and Okarun.
