Delicious in Dungeon episode 17 will be released at 10:30 pm JST on Thursday, April 25, 2024. The anime is currently available for streaming exclusively on Netflix, with both subbed and dubbed versions being released at the same time. Although the pacing has been changing every episode, fans are expecting the anime to end around chapter 50.

The previous few episodes centered on building up the tension between Laios, Kabru, and Shuro's parties, which finally culminated in a confrontation between them in episode 16. This episode also revealed that Falin had somehow transformed into a monster hybrid.

Delicious in Dungeon episode 17 will air on Tokyo MX in Japan. The series will exclusively be available for streaming on Netflix, which will simultaneously release the episodes in sub and dub versions.

The episode opens with Chilchuck alerting the group to emerging patterns within the Dungeon's movements. During their exploration, they discover the absence of the Dragon's body and other notable changes. Laios encounters a spectral presence within the walls, confessing to hallucinations since employing healing magic.

Marcille interprets this as a warning, urging them to conceal themselves. She leads them to hidden alcoves, unnoticed by the Cleaners, creatures tasked with repairing Dungeon damage. Upon reaching the stairs, the group pauses to enjoy a meal, unaware of Shuro's party observing them until they're ambushed.

Surprisingly, Laios continues to act friendly with Shuro as usual. Kabru introduces himself to Laios, refraining from probing about the treasure after their meeting. As Laios attempts to update Shuro on Falin's condition, he collapses. Recognizing his neglect of basic needs, they decide to pause for a meal and regroup.

Laios confesses their reliance on consuming Dungeon creatures to survive, recounting their unconventional diet. While cooking alongside Senshi, Maizuru, a member of Shuro's party, confesses his confusion over the latter's relentless desire to return to the Dungeon.

When they bring food to Shuro, they find him grappling with Laios, accusing him of employing dark magic to revive Falin. Shuro expresses concern over the potential consequences, and Laios practically pleads with him to keep quiet. Meanwhile, on the distant end of the Dungeon, Falin relentlessly searches for Lord Delgal, her eyes betraying a feral determination.

Delicious in Dungeon episode 17 will explore the character interactions between Laios, Kabru, and Shuro further while also revealing the underlying motivations of Kabru. Although the last episode didn't deliver any high-stakes fights among the three different parties, episode 17 will showcase their encounter with a now-transformed Falin.
