Shinjutsu techniques are the talk of the town among the Boruto fandom due to the recently awakened Ten Directions technique of Kashin Koji. Where these techniques require biological data of the Otsutsuki clan God for their awakening, sometimes things don't go the stereotypical way. One such case could be Delta, who is yet to awaken her Shinjutsu technique in the series.
As hinted by the series already, Shinjutsu abilities awaken when a character desires something, the biggest example being Eida's Omnipotence awakening. However, Delta is the only one who has yet to awaken her cursed technique, and she could do that with the help of Kawaki's karma.
Delta awakening her Shinjutsu through an Otsutsuki might give them powers that exceed the normal shinjutsu techniques, giving her a unique power that could transcend any ability in the series.

Boruto: Why Delta's Shinjutsu awakening might be special
In Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 15, the protagonist revealed to Kawaki that Amado was holding back his true potential. This could be because Kawaki is to be used as a vessel to revive Akebi, Amado's daughter. Akebi Sanzu had a lethal disease that wasn't curable, so Amado started her cloning process.
Unfortunately, she died during the cloning process but Delta emerged as her clone. Having no personality traits similar to Akebi, Delta still resembled Amado's late daughter. Despite her death, Amado still had hope that he could revive her through some other means, one of which was through Kawaki's Karma.
However, with nothing of such sorts hinted at in the current chapters, the truth of Akebi's revival might lie in Delta awakening her Shinjutsu technique. As revealed in the series, Shinjutsu techniques are jutsu techniques that belong to Gods (Otsutsuki clan), and Amado tried to awaken them in his subjects using Shibai's DNA, which he acquired through mysterious sources.
Eida awakened her Omnipotence when Kawaki wanted to send Boruto away— which was later titled the Omnipotence incident. Similarly, Amado also awakened Ten Directions during the last minutes of his death because he desired answers. So, Shinjutsu awakenings require a desire but they also desire the presence of an Otsutsuki like how Eida had Kawaki and Kashin had Isshiki.
Delta's awakening could be similar with Kawaki passing Akebi's DNA to Delta through his karma, and this could give rise to a unique shinjutsu technique, because these techniques have never been awakened through a passage of Otsutsuki biological data, only their presence. This would revive Akebi, who might have the strongest shinjutsu technique in the series.

Analysis and final thoughts
Although none of these speculations are officially confirmed through the canon source material, it makes sense because the theory is backed by proper reasoning.
Kawaki's latest conversation with the protagonist is key to all of this because his hidden true potential might damage Akebi's DNA, which Amado has preserved inside him.
