Yet, she second-guesses her thoughts once she notices Demon Lord's poor gaming skills. Suddenly, Takahashi feels Veltol's poor skills and charming look may become an X-factor.

Interestingly, her plan works, as Veltol gains a million followers within days of his streaming career. After a few days, the Demon Lord decides to take a stroll through the streets at night and comes across Gram the Hero.

The episode then delves into a mini flashback, showing how Gram lost his family due to an assault caused by Veltol's dark peers. In the present, the duo engages in a conversation, exchanging their views on the current world.

Although Gram feels he's no longer considered a hero, Veltol knows his very presence gives him a meaning of life. Following his short conversation with Gram at an udon stall, Veltol meets Takahashi in a heated exchange with a brute-like person.

Seeing Takahashi in a rough spot, Veltol decides to try the powers he has recovered from his new followers. He showcases his might to send the man flying. Interestingly, he learns from Takahashi that the person was her bodyguard. Takahashi then forcibly appoints Veltol as her new bodyguard.

Meanwhile, Marcus and his advisor discuss a scheme, which will cause "Halation." The episode then cuts to Takahashi, who plans to steal something from a storehouse, with Veltol by her side. The episode ends with Veltol barging into the storehouse after defeating a few guards.
