The Fourth Great Ninja War of Naruto was about the Uchiha ghost, Madara Uchiha. The character not only made Obito live on with his identity after his death, but he also evaded his potential demise by using Black Zetsu as a key to the process of his rebirth through the Rinnegan. However, his comrades betrayed him at the last minute, which could also be considered his fate.

The Fourth Great Ninja War was about the battles between the Uchiha ghost and the shinobi of the world, one of which was with Might Guy. The battle reached unbelievable heights and ended with the Uchiha ghost declaring the misfit the strongest. While the protagonist was praised by the Uchiha, it wasn't to the same extent as Might Guy.

Discovering whether Naruto got the same praise as Might Guy from Madara?

No, the protagonist, nor anyone else got the same praise as Might Guy from Madara Uchiha during the Fourth Great Ninja War. Everyone was momentarily praised for one or two of their acts and nothing more.

However, the Uchiha Ghost declared Might Guy the strongest. The Hidden Leaf shinobi managed to push his opponent to the corner and endangered the Uchiha Ghost's life such that he had to use his Six Paths chakra to stay alive.

After defeating Tobi (Obito) and separating him and the Uchiha Ghost from the Ten-Tails during the Fourth Great Ninja War in Naruto, the Ninja Alliance celebrated their victory. Moreover, Obito had also turned over a new page and was about to use the Samsara of the Heavenly Life Technique to revive those who had died due to his actions.

Unfortunately, Black Zetsu was still attached to him, and he forced Obito to make the hand seal for Rinne Rebirth. This gave rebirth to the Uchiha Ghost, who had the same power as his prime. The Uchiha Ghost acted quickly, collected all the Tailed Beasts, and became the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails, gaining the chakra of the Six Paths.

With no hope in sight, everyone started panicking. In all this, Might Guy kept his calm and looked over at the overpowered beast the Uchiha ghost had become. Fearing that the world might end, Might decided to enter the battlefield alone against one of the strongest fighters in the history of the world.

Guy was informed that the Uchiha Ghost's weaknesses were either senjutsu or taijutsu, so he wasted no time and opened his Seventh Gate, The Gate of Wonder. Unfortunately, this gate was no match against Madara, and Guy's teammates tried to enter the battlefield. However, he assured them of his last option, which could potentially kill him.

With no option in sight, Guy opened his last gate, The Eighth Gate of Death. He used Evening Elephant and did grave damage to the Uchiha Ghost. Discovering excitement since his time with Hashirama, Madara Uchiha declared Might Guy the strongest among the Ninja Alliance. Then, Guy used Night Guy to pulverize half of the Uchiha Ghost's body, but he still managed to recover.

On the other hand, Naruto Uzumaki never received such acknowledgment from the Uchiha Ghost, nor did anyone else from the Ninja Alliance. The shinobi did receive some praise regarding the improvisation of their moves, but only one of them stood out in the eyes of the Uchiha Ghost, and that was the taijutsu master, Might Guy.
