Exploring Fighter D's fate in Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 3
No, Fighter D does not die in Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 3. Although it appeared that Blue Keeper's Divine Artifact blasted the monster to smithereens, he survived thanks to Yumeko's dynamite. In other words, the massive blast at the end was the dynamite blowing off, not the outcome of Blue Keeper's Divine Artifact.
Since Fighter D is immortal, he survived the blast in Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 3. However, he couldn't completely evade the Divine Artifact's wrath because the attack left him with a stomach wound.
Interestingly, there's another reason Fighter D survived. Since the Divine Keepers were fighting the monster at the Red Garrison and not at the usual spot for the Sunday Showdown, he held back to avoid damaging the building. As such, Blue Keeper was surprised by the unusual explosion.
Fighter D reappears in chapter 7 of the manga and Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 3 covered the manga until chapter 5. As such, fans will likely see Fighter D returning in the upcoming episode, which will be released on April 28, 2024.
What happens to Fighter D after Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 3?
According to the manga, when Fighters or the Dusters get destroyed, either the Floating Fortress drags them back, or the wind takes them somewhere else. In Fighter D's case, he gets revived in a nearby jungle after getting blown up by Yumeko's dynamite.
After reviving, he acknowledges how the girl's bomb saved his life. Yet, he struggles with his stomach wound, which doesn't get healed easily. Even though he is immortal, Fighter D knows that a Divine Artifact can truly end his life.
As such, he considers himself lucky to survive Blue Keeper's attack. Later, the monster meets Hibiki Sakurama, who arrives with first aid. He even offers the monster to team up with him.
Meanwhile, the Divine Dragon Keepers send their juniors to search for the Red Keeper's Divine Artifact, which went missing after the battle against Fighter D. According to Go! Go! Loser Ranger! episode 3, Fighter D sacrificed his left arm and turned it into a fake Divine Artifact, leaving the real one with Yumeko Suzukiri.
As such, they were able to secure at least one Divine Artifact. Since Figther D is still alive, he will look for ways to overwhelm the Dragon Keepers and live life the way he always wanted to. Yet, before that, he has to cross multiple hurdles.
