Finral eventually tells Yami that Charlotte declared her feelings to him when he was dying in chapter 330 during the Dark Triad arc of the Black Clover manga. However, they will likely get together because author Yuki Tabata has been setting up their relationship for quite some time. Furthermore, this has been widely regarded as the best ship in the entire Black Clover series, so it would make a lot of sense that the mangaka would give them this conclusion, especially considering their history together.
