Dr. Stone's manga series follows the life story of Senku Ishigami, who tries to bring back every human from the petrification that happened in the world in 2019. The series is a science fiction and Shonen genre, which makes it more interesting to watch. It was written by Riichiro Inagaki and has, to date, consisted of 27 volumes and is an ongoing manga series.
The South Korean artist Boichi illustrated the characters of Dr. Stone and he is one of the most famous illustrators who won many awards for his character design including Gran Guinigi 2011 award, Shogakukan Manga Award and Japan Media Arts Festival Award.
