With the release of Dragon Ball Daima episode 4, the anime saw Goku, Glorio, and Supreme Kai take on a new mission. While they originally planned on rescuing Dende and defeating King Gomah, following Goku's suggestion, the group changed its plans. Moments later, they also met a new character during their journey.

The previous episode saw Goku and Co reach the Third Demon World. While they needed to go after King Gomah, they had to meet up with King Kadan before that. This journey saw them rest at A Town, where Goku fought some local thugs at a pub. In retaliation, the thugs stole Glorio's plane.

Dragon Ball Daima episode 4, titled Chatty, picked up from the previous episode as Goku, Glorio, and Supreme Kai realized that the local thugs had stolen Glorio's plane. With no other means of transport, the three decided to continue their journey on foot and arrange for an alternate vehicle later. While flying seemed like an option, the air pressure made it very stamina-draining.

During their journey on foot, the characters came across a tavern where they had some refreshments. Fortunately for them, while the tavern owner did not have any plane to sell, he did provide Sky Seed services. In the meantime, Goku and Supreme Kai came across medi bugs. They were special bugs, each of which had special boosts. These boosts included stamina recovery, fusion, etc. Goku immediately got interested in them, forcing Glorio to purchase them.

Moments later, the tavern owner took Goku, Glorio, and Supreme Kai to the Sky Seed. It was seemingly not a vehicle but something similar to a launch pad used for flinging people across the sky. This mode of transportation allowed the group to cover some ground. However, as it could not go all the way, the group had to get off it before it crashed on the ground.

After using the Sky Seed, the three continued their journey on foot. During this, Goku is reminded of what Piccolo said about a Namekian called Neva. Upon bringing up this topic, Glorio explained to Goku that the Demon Realm was where the original dragon balls were made. However, unlike Earth, where one needed to find the seven dragon balls scattered across the planet, in the Demon Realm, there were only three dragon balls, all protected by Tamagamis.

As one would expect, Goku was immediately interested in fighting the Tamagamis. While Glorio believed defeating them was impossible, Goku's suggestion pursued him. As rescuing Dende was essential, using the Demon Realm Dragon Balls made more sense to make Goku and other adults again. They could then rescue Dende much more easily.

Moments later, the group reached another town, where they spotted the Gendarmerie. The Gendarmerie were the soldiers who worked for King Gomah. These soldiers were in the town to collect offerings from the townsfolk. However, given how cruelly they treated the people, Son Goku wished to step in. Just then, a mysterious character came to their rescue.

Unfortunately, the mysterious person was not strong enough to take down the Gendarmerie. Hence, they tried running away. This time, Goku stepped in and fought the Gendarmerie in an extended fight. While Goku won the fight, he was also branded a fugitive. Moments later, the mysterious person met up with Goku, Glorio, and Supreme Kai and took off their mask. As revealed by the anime's promotional material, the character is called Panzy.
