With the release of Dragon Ball Daima episode 6, the anime saw Goku, Shin, and Glorio resume their adventure with their latest compatriot, Panzy. While they faced a minor hiccup, they overcame it instantly. However, the anime episode also hinted at a conspiracy as Glorio may not be an ally after all.

The previous episode saw Panzy helping Goku and co reach the Kadan Castle. There they learned that Panzy was the daughter of King Kadan. Moments later, the Third Demon Realm King tested Goku's strength, following which Panzy joined Goku and co in their Demon Realm adventure.

Dragon Ball Daima episode 6, titled Lightning, picked up from where the previous episode ended. Just as Goku and Co continued their journey, their airship crashed down due to their heavy luggage. Panzy immediately identified the issue and was about to start repairing the ship when the Gendarmerie came questioning about Goku's whereabouts. Fortunately, Goku was not around at the time and avoided the situation.

Just as the group continued their journey, Panzy asked Shin about his birth as a Glind. According to Shin, all Glinds were born once every few centuries from the Glind Tree. Given that Degesu and Arinsu were also born from the same tree as him, both Glinds were his younger and older siblings, respectively. While they had the option to escape the Demon Realm just like him, their ambitious nature saw them stay back.

After some time passed, Glorio suggested that they take some rest. Hence, the group found a cave and settled in for the night. Just as everyone was off to sleep, Glorio could be seen contacting Arinsu, telling her things were going smoothly. Fortunately, Shin took note of Glorio's call, fortifying his doubt about Glorio's possible betrayal.

The anime later saw a minotaur disturbing the group's sleep and threatening to kill and eat them. However, instead of taking down the enemy, Goku and Glorio switched their focus on each other as the Majin was certain that Goku wasn't as strong as he thought he was. This led to a spar between the two.

As Glorio was stronger than how much Shin and Goku thought he was, Shin asked Goku to put more effort into the battle. Hence, Goku started fighting Glorio seriously and turned into a Super Saiyan for the first time since he turned into a child. This transformation allowed Goku to instantly defeat Glorio and end their sparring session. As for the minotaur, he fled away after witnessing Goku and Glorio's strength.

The anime episode ended by showing what was going on back on Earth. Just as Bulma fixed Supreme Kai Shin's airship, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Kibito boarded it, hoping to travel to the Demon Realm. Unfortunately, soon after the airship took off, it malfunctioned and came back down on the take-off site.
