This is because, unlike other anime that see its characters explore a dungeon, Dungeon naka no Hito anime has its characters working at once.
Sui Futami's Dungeon naka no Hito is a Japanese manga serialized on Futabasha's Web Comic Action website since June 2020. As of August 2023, the manga's chapters have been compiled into four manga volumes. Soon after, OLM began adapting the manga into an anime.

What is Dungeon People anime about?
Dungeon naka no Hito follows the story of Clay, a thief girl who was nurtured into a strong member of the thieves' guild by her father. Unfortunately, sometime later, her father went missing in a dungeon. Thus, three years later, after Clay became strong enough, she entered the dungeon, hoping to find clues about her father's disappearance.
In her adventure, Clay reached the ninth floor, a terrain no one had seemingly reached before. Nevertheless, Clay carefully explored the dungeon and confronted a monster. Her fight with the monster saw a wall in the dungeon collapse. This incident was what kickstarted the anime's storyline.
This is because the collapsed wall revealed the "behind-the-scenes" area of the dungeon where people worked and resided. Soon after, Clay met the dungeon's administrator Beilleheila Landass, also known as Belle, who offered Clay a job to work in the dungeon. While Clay was reluctant at first, she accepted the job due to its high pay.
