Mayuri Kurotsuchi’s modified Bankai, Konjiki Ashisogi Jizo: Matai Fukuin Shotai, takes the form of a giant, grotesque baby with purple skin, white eyes, a golden loincloth, and golden cloth on its chest. Its misshapen head has two branches with box-shaped lanterns, and it rests on a mass of thick, veined umbilical cords. A vertical incision on its belly is marked by kanji for "Prostrate", and a purple mist resembling its original poison spreads across the ground.

This modified Bankai can create custom versions of Ashisogi Jizo using data Mayuri provides, allowing it to counter specific opponent abilities. Against Pernida Parnkgjas, Mayuri created an Ashisogi Jizo with exposed surface nerves divided into 70,000 layers, enabling it to endure pain while resisting Pernida’s "The Compulsory" by shedding nerve layers when attacked.

To stop Pernida from cloning, this version was designed toothless, so it could swallow Pernida whole without chewing. Shining with golden light, this version of Mayuri’s Bankai demonstrates his scientific brilliance, allowing him to adapt his abilities to specific threats with remarkable precision and effectiveness.

2) Katen Kyokotsu: Karamatsu Shinju (Kyoraku Shunsui)

Shunsui Kyoraku’s Bankai, Katen Kyokotsu: Karamatsu Shinju, is a devastating last resort he uses only when allies are far away to avoid collateral damage. Upon activation, black tendrils resembling ink-drawn pine branches emerge as his Zanpakuto Spirit, Katen, manifests behind him.

He used his Bankai against Lille Barro. The Bankai causes the surrounding area becomes to become oppressive, instilling despair and transforming the sky into eerie yellow squares, resembling a theater stage. Shunsui’s Bankai compels both him and his opponent into a tragic play enacted in four curse-like Acts, ensuring the opponent’s death unless they can survive decapitation.

The Second Act: Zanki no Shitone causes black spots to appear on the opponent’s body, inducing profuse bleeding and despair. The Third Act: Dangyo no Fuchi traps both Shunsui and Lille Barro in an inescapable watery abyss until one drowns.

The Final Act: Itokiribasami Chizome no Nodobue concludes the tragedy as Shunsui winds a white thread around his opponent’s throat, slicing it deeply before their head explodes. Each Act mirrors the sorrowful tale of a lover’s double suicide, reflecting themes of regret, shame, and inevitable demise.
